Han followed Director Tsunade Senju through the wide double doors, Ino and Sakura walking silently behind him like perfect shadows. The moment they stepped into the main corridor, the atmosphere shifted. Every nurse, every doctor, every patient in sight stopped what she was doing and turned toward him. Bows rippled down the hallway like a wave. Soft gasps filled the air.
Tsunade glanced back with a small, professional smile. "As you can see, Master Han, your visit has caused quite the stir. The staff has been preparing since we received your message yesterday."
They started with the general recovery wing. Tsunade walked beside him, her long blonde hair swaying in its signature twin ponytails as she explained in a calm, clear voice.
"This wing handles everyday injuries and illnesses. Thanks to our mana-infused healing arrays, most patients recover within days rather than weeks. The beds are enchanted to regulate vital signs automatically."
Han nodded along, but his attention kept drifting. As they passed the rows of beds, heart monitors began to spike. Beep… beep… beep-beep-beep. The rhythm accelerated the closer he walked. One young woman with a bandaged arm sat up so fast she nearly pulled out her IV. Her face turned scarlet as she clutched the sheet to her chest.
Tsunade noticed and gave a small, knowing smile. "The patients are… sensitive to strong male presence. It's quite common."
They moved on to the surgical wing next. The sterile scent of mana-disinfectant filled the air. Tsunade gestured toward the glass observation rooms where surgeons worked on glowing magical incisions.
"Here we perform complex operations that combine traditional surgery with applied magic. Our success rate is the highest in the region."
A beautiful nurse with long auburn hair stepped out of an operating theater just then, mask pulled down around her neck. The moment her eyes landed on Han, the clipboard in her hands slipped and clattered to the floor. She bowed so deeply her forehead almost touched her knees.
"M-Master Mayor… it is an honor."
Han smiled politely. "Keep up the good work."
The woman's heart monitor in the nearby recovery area suddenly went wild.
They continued through the emergency response wing, where mana healers worked frantically on incoming patients. Tsunade explained the rapid-response protocols and how the staff coordinated with the city guard during accidents. Han watched beautiful nurses in tight white uniforms rush past, their cheeks flushing the instant they noticed him. Several monitors spiked in unison as he walked by. One nurse with striking blue hair actually dropped her tray of instruments, too distracted to notice until it clattered loudly on the floor.
Next came the long-term care section. The lighting here was softer, the rooms quieter. Tsunade's voice took on a gentler tone.
"These patients require extended treatment. Some have chronic magical imbalances or injuries that resist standard healing. We use specialized mana baths and daily devotion routines to support recovery."
Han kept his expression neutral, but inside he was already mapping the layout. Every corridor brought more beautiful faces, more racing heartbeats. The God Subsystem stayed at zero for now, but he could sense the foundation forming with every step. Nurses in short white skirts and sheer stockings bowed so low their generous breasts threatened to spill out. Their eyes followed him with open longing, and the heart monitors continued their frantic symphony wherever he passed.
They moved into the magical healing ward. Soft blue light glowed from runes carved into the walls and floors. Patients floated gently above their beds while healers channeled mana into their bodies. The moment Han stepped inside, the heart monitors went wild. Several patients actually sat up, eyes shining with hope and something deeper. The female healers—every one of them gorgeous, with perfect bodies and flushed faces—bowed so deeply their foreheads nearly touched the floor.
One young healer with silver hair and an hourglass figure trembled visibly as Han walked by. Her monitor for the patient she was treating suddenly spiked so hard the machine let out a warning chime.
Tsunade continued the tour without missing a beat, describing the advanced magical anesthesia techniques and the recovery success rates. Han listened, but his attention kept drifting to the way her massive breasts moved under the lab coat with each step and the way every woman in the wing seemed to hold her breath until he had passed.
They continued through the research laboratories and the pediatric ward. Everywhere the same thing happened. Beautiful nurses in revealing uniforms stopped and bowed. Heart monitors raced. Women whispered prayers under their breath the second he passed. Ino and Sakura stayed close, their expressions proud and protective, but even they couldn't hide the faint blush on their cheeks whenever they caught the other women staring at their master with open longing.
After nearly two hours of walking and listening, they reached the very end of the main corridor. The lighting here was softer still, the walls a calming pale blue. A sign above the double doors read "Mental Health & Emotional Restoration Wing."
Tsunade paused, her emerald eyes turning slightly more serious as she turned to face him.
"This is our most delicate department, Master Mayor. Many women here suffer from devotion-related disorders. Some develop unhealthy obsessions after repeated rejection. Others simply cannot handle the natural yearning every woman feels. We treat them with mana therapy and structured routines."
She placed her palm on the mana lock. The heavy doors slid open with a soft hiss.
Han stepped forward, Ino and Sakura right behind him, and together they crossed the threshold into the mental health wing.
