Chapter 173 - Tang Hao: Ah Yin Has Been Swayed by Lin Mu

Faced with Dugu Bo's threat, Tang Xiao's face darkened instantly.

Although Tang Hao had made mistakes, he was still his younger brother. Lin Mu had cruelly harmed him, leaving him in this broken state, and even his sister-in-law and nephew had been affected. How could he possibly let this matter go?

"Old Poison, since you insist on courting death, don't blame us for ganging up on you!"

With that, Tang Xiao immediately summoned the Clear Sky Hammer. To finish the battle quickly, Tang Hao and several elders also summoned their own Clear Sky Hammers, simultaneously smashing them toward Dugu Bo.

Seeing this, Dugu Bo decisively activated his Martial Soul Avatar: the Jade Phosphor Serpent Emperor. Compared to before, the Serpent Emperor's size had increased considerably, marking a true transformation in its power.

BOOM!!

Seven enormous Clear Sky Hammers descended from the sky, continuously striking the Jade Phosphor Serpent Emperor Avatar and violently knocking it back dozens of meters. With a crisp shattering sound, the Martial Soul Avatar was forcibly broken!

Dugu Bo crashed heavily to the ground, spitting blood as his aura weakened. He looked up at Tang Xiao and the others, his eyes bloodshot, and roared, "Damn the Clear Sky Sect! You have no sense of martial ethics!"

"Old Poison, I didn't want to hurt you. You brought this on yourself," Tang Xiao said calmly, withdrawing his Clear Sky Hammer.

Having suffered a combined attack from all seven of them, Dugu Bo was severely injured and almost powerless to resist. He would serve as a convenient bargaining chip against Lin Mu.

Afterward, Tang Xiao and Tang Hao eagerly hurried toward the location of the Blue Silver Emperor.

Looking at the radiant Blue Silver Emperor before him, a pang of pity flashed in Tang Xiao's eyes. He sighed, "Brother Hao, what happened back then wasn't your or Ah Yin's fault. You were both victims. It was all Spirit Hall's fault."

Tang Hao was deeply moved. Only his elder brother truly understood his struggles.

At that moment, Ah Yin's illusory figure floated out from the Blue Silver Emperor's true form. She looked at Tang Hao with hostile eyes and said coldly, "Tang Hao, I have nothing to do with you anymore. Leave this place immediately!"

Both Tang Hao and Tang Xiao were stunned. Looking at the indifferent Ah Yin, Tang Hao was filled with disbelief. She had seemed relatively normal the last time they met. Could it be that in just a few short months, Ah Yin had been completely bewitched by Lin Mu?

"Brother Hao, what happened to Ah Yin? Has she lost her memory?" Tang Xiao asked, bewildered.

This clearly contradicted Tang Hao's account. According to him, Ah Yin had been forcibly taken away by Lin Mu, but the current situation was obviously different.

Tang Hao had no time to explain. He glared angrily at Ah Yin, demanding, "Ah Yin, I spared no effort to save you! Why are you treating me like this?"

"Save me?" Ah Yin's eyes grew even colder, and she sneered. "I finally had a chance to be resurrected, yet you insisted on taking me back to that dark cave. You clearly don't want me to be resurrected!"

These words pierced Tang Hao's heart, shattering his mental defenses. He staggered back a few steps. Tang Xiao immediately grabbed Tang Hao's arm, his voice urgent. "Brother Hao, what exactly happened?"

Faced with the question, Tang Hao opened his mouth but dared not utter a word. If his elder brother knew he had left Ah Yin in a dark, damp cave for years, he likely wouldn't be on his side.

Just as Tang Hao hesitated, Ah Yin continued, "I sacrificed myself for you, thinking you would take care of our son, but you ignored him and even abandoned me in a cave. Now that I have a chance to be resurrected, you're trying to take me back and kill me again?"

Tang Xiao's expression changed drastically, unsure of whom to believe.

Tang Hao quickly rallied, his voice tinged with regret. "Ah Yin, those were mistakes I made while I was in a daze, not my true intention. I promise I won't do it again."

"It's too late for that. Compared to Mr. Lin Mu, you're utterly despicable!" Ah Yin retorted mercilessly.

The last time they met, Tang Hao had even insulted the Blue Silver King as a mere weed, which was a veiled insult to her. He was using her Soul Ring, yet he looked down on her kind, he was practically a beast in her eyes.

"You say I'm inferior to Lin Mu?" Tang Hao's eyes turned bloodshot, his breathing labored and maniacal. "You've clearly been bewitched by him, yet you dare to blame me!"

"Brother Hao, stop!" Seeing Tang Hao about to snap, Tang Xiao quickly intervened. He didn't want to see Ah Yin harmed.

Seeing Tang Hao lose his temper again, Ah Yin's beautiful eyes were filled with contempt.

Tang Hao took a deep breath and questioned her. "You say I'm inferior to Lin Mu... do you actually want to be with him?"

Ah Yin blushed slightly. If Mr. Lin Mu were willing, starting a new family wasn't out of the question; after all, even Little San needed a proper father figure.

Seeing Ah Yin's reaction, Tang Hao's anger reached its peak, and a murderous glint flashed in his eyes. Since Ah Yin was now devoted to Lin Mu, he felt he had to eliminate her to prevent himself from being humiliated further after her resurrection.

The next moment, the Deathgod Domain erupted from Tang Hao's body, and the Clear Sky Hammer appeared in his hand. Ignoring Tang Xiao's warnings, he smashed it toward the Blue Silver Emperor's true form.

At this critical moment, the Blue Silver King intervened, using dozens of vines to block the Clear Sky Hammer's attack. Even so, the Blue Silver Emperor still suffered the shockwave of the attack, losing a portion of its leaves.

Tang Xiao's pupils dilated in shock. "Brother Hao, what are you doing!"

"Big Brother, she's been swayed by Lin Mu! She's no longer Ah Yin!" Tang Hao declared.

A flicker of hesitation crossed Tang Xiao's eyes, but he ultimately chose to stand in front of Tang Hao, saying in a deep voice, "Brother Hao, no matter what happened, I won't allow you to kill Ah Yin."

Whether out of affection for her or a sense of responsibility for his brother, he couldn't allow such a tragedy. He knew Tang Hao's character; if he acted impulsively now, he would surely regret it for the rest of his life.

Tang Hao's face darkened, and he shouted, "Big Brother, why don't you believe me!"

Tang Xiao sighed inwardly, refusing to move. Seeing that his brother wouldn't step aside, Tang Hao's last shred of rationality vanished, and he recklessly swung his hammer at Tang Xiao.

Tang Xiao could only use his own Clear Sky Hammer to defend himself. He chose to passively block the attacks rather than retaliate. Otherwise, with Tang Hao's current weakened strength, he wouldn't have been able to withstand more than a few strikes from a true Titled Douluo at Tang Xiao's level.

Nearby, the elders watched the brothers fight with puzzled expressions, but they chose not to intervene. They knew Tang Hao was no match for the Sect Master and felt it was a good opportunity to teach him a lesson.
