No security personnel were present in the corridor outside its containment room.
Auditory sensors detected heavy impact noises echoing through the facility, accompanied by structural vibrations.
SCP-999 Stage Three altered its physical form, liquefying part of its body and passing through the sealed containment door without resistance.
The anomaly paused briefly in the hallway, listening.
Containment breach protocols were already in effect.
Screen 2 – Visual Confirmation
SCP-999 Stage Three moved through the corridor and encountered multiple fallen security personnel. Several bodies showed signs of extreme blunt-force trauma consistent with SCP-096 engagement.
No survivors were detected.
Structural damage increased ahead. Reinforced walls were fractured. Emergency lighting flickered.
SCP-096 emerged into view.
SCP-096 immediately attacked.
The entity struck SCP-999 Stage Three with significant force. The impact displaced SCP-999 several meters down the corridor.
No visible damage was sustained.
SCP-999 Stage Three did not retaliate. It regained balance and remained standing as SCP-096 continued its advance.
Containment alarms escalated to full breach status.
Screen 3 – Containment Intervention
SCP-096 advanced toward SCP-999 Stage Three.
As SCP-096 approached, SCP-999 Stage Three emitted a wide-area affective and physical pulse, its body partially liquefying and flowing outward. The pulse created a protective layer around the anomaly.
SCP-096 attempted to strike SCP-999 Stage Three. Its punch impacted the pulse and fractured bones within its own body, causing severe internal damage. SCP-096's rage momentarily escalated, but the continuous affective wave emitted by SCP-999 Stage Three gradually calmed the entity.
SCP-999 Stage Three remained unharmed. It extended a form-like appendage, signaling to nearby Foundation personnel:
"Containment team, retrieve it here."
Foundation soldiers moved in and successfully restrained SCP-096, securing it without further incident.
