Chapter 76 - Chapter 76: The Russian AT-15 Anti-Tank Missile

Amur was completely stunned by Mavi's wild imagination. So, this was how Russian tycoons set off fireworks? Clearly, his own ideas were too naive, too simplistic…

As Amur voiced his amazement, the Middle Eastern men in white caps surrounding him also realized that Mavi's so-called fireworks display was actually an RPG rocket launcher! Damn, this was insane!

But they had all misjudged.

What Mavi had his bodyguards carry up wasn't just an RPG. No, it was something far more terrifying—the Russian AT-15 "Chrysanthemum" anti-tank missile!

This beast was much heavier than an RPG and couldn't be shoulder-fired. Just its warhead alone weighed 43 kilograms, with a missile length of 1.8 meters and a diameter of 17.8 centimeters. It had a maximum range of 7.5 kilometers and a top speed close to 1.17 times the speed of sound!

It featured a tandem-charge shaped warhead capable of penetrating 500 millimeters of armor! Each missile cost around $9,000—far more than any decorative fireworks. Unlike fireworks, the "Chrysanthemum" missile could obliterate a tank's rear armor in an instant.

"This is the AT-15 anti-tank missile developed by the Russian military. Its power is far greater than an RPG. For safety reasons, if anyone is worried about getting burned by the flames, you can move up to the upper decks."

The recoil from an anti-tank missile was extreme (due to gas friction and reaction force), and the flames it spewed were incredibly intense. Mavi simply advised those with weaker nerves to move up to the higher decks so the lower deck would have fewer people, giving him more room to operate.

However…

The moment he finished speaking, a large group of Middle Eastern men in white caps immediately rushed toward the upper decks as if fleeing for their lives. They were even more terrified than the Russian women in evening gowns.

But then again, rich people were usually afraid of death. After all, when you have more money than you can ever spend, you become even more fearful of unexpected accidents.

As the Russian beauties left in small groups for the upper decks, only Diana and Vikara remained beside Mavi, gritting their teeth and refusing to leave. Though reserved in nature, the two women clearly had a resolute side.

"Aren't you two going up as well?" Mavi turned and asked them.

Diana and Vikara both shook their heads and explained, "There's no one interesting to talk to up there. We might as well stay here and watch the fireworks. Besides, you're staying, aren't you?"

Mavi didn't say anything more. If they wanted to stay, they could stay. There were military experts present, so there shouldn't be any unexpected incidents… hopefully.

With everyone in position, Mavi instructed the military experts to load the anti-tank missile into the launcher, preparing to begin the night's fireworks display.

At that moment, he turned to Harman and Amur, who were standing at a distance. "Do either of you want to try launching it?"

Harman and Amur immediately waved their hands. "No need, we're good watching from here."

Mavi's choice of entertainment was simply too extreme. The Middle Eastern men in white caps didn't dare to try it themselves. The term "Russian war maniacs" truly lived up to its reputation.

"Alright then." Mavi nodded, turned around, donned his protective gear, and crouched beside the anti-tank missile launcher, preparing for launch under the guidance of the military experts.

The AT-15 "Chrysanthemum" anti-tank missile was laser-guided, boasting high precision—unlike RPGs, which often veered unpredictably after launch.

Mavi activated the missile's sighting system, where a green crosshair appeared at the center of the square display screen. He aligned it with a white yacht in the distance. The missile system automatically locked onto the target using laser guidance, eliminating the need for manual tracking.

After the guidance system was activated, Mavi flipped a switch on the launcher's control panel and prepared to press the bright red launch button.

Above him, two armed helicopters roared as they hovered, their rotor blades kicking up powerful gusts of wind against Mavi's face. The night sky was clear, and the surrounding waters had been secured—no other vessels would dare approach.

The sea swelled and rocked the yacht's deck slightly. All around him, the crowd held their breath in anticipation as Mavi prepared to launch the missile.

"3!"

"2!"

"1!"

"0!"

As Mavi finished the countdown, he decisively pressed the launch button!

Instantly, a powerful red flame erupted from the bottom of the launcher!

With a thunderous roar, the missile shot out of the barrel at an incredible speed, accelerating toward the distant yacht.

The moment the missile left the launcher, Mavi and the others clearly heard a sharp "whoosh!" slicing through the air.

The anti-tank missile streaked across the starry night sky in a graceful arc, its tail spewing white smoke as it hurtled over the rolling waves.

Everything happened in the blink of an eye. In just moments, the missile struck the luxury yacht dead on.

"BOOM!"

A thunderous explosion shattered the night!

The intense fireball, fueled by the missile's immense destructive force, tore through the yacht's side, obliterating its cabin in an instant!

Scarlet flames engulfed the wreckage, sending thick smoke and debris spiraling into the night sky.

The explosion's shockwave rippled across the ocean's surface, visibly pushing waves outward. Within seconds, it reached Mavi's yacht, causing it to rock violently as if shoved by an invisible force.

The acrid stench of gunpowder spread across the deck, carried by the explosion's aftershock. The scent of burning metal and charred debris from the distant yacht assaulted everyone's senses.

The breathtaking destruction left the Middle Eastern men in white caps and the Russian women aboard utterly speechless. Their mouths hung open in shock, completely forgetting to cover them.

Staring at the burning yacht 200 meters away, the men in white caps were utterly stunned by Mavi's extreme form of entertainment. Their faces were blank, clearly struggling with existential questions like "Who am I? Where am I? What am I doing here?"

"That luxury yacht must have been worth at least $800,000 to $900,000… and it was destroyed by a single missile?"

"By Allah, this is the most spectacular sight I've ever seen—nothing even comes close. So this is what a real explosion looks like…"

…

After finally recovering from the shock, Harman exhaled deeply and, unable to contain his excitement, turned to Mavi.

"Damn! That was insane! Mavi, do you have another missile? I think I want to give it a try."
