Pietro tried to spring up from the bed to strangle that The Invisible Man man, but as soon as his body moved, he fell back onto the mattress with a "thud."

"Ow... my waist..."

"Alright, stop fooling around."

Homelander kicked the foot of the bed in annoyance.

"Those women outside are coming in any second. If you don't want Wanda to see you strutting around naked like this..."

"Then hurry up and put some clothes on."

"Boss... the only thing stiff about me right now is my talk..." Pietro gave a bitter smile upon hearing this.

Homelander turned to the empty air and said:

"Shabby, I'm leaving this to you."

"What?!" Shabby exclaimed. "This job belongs to me?"

"Who else? Do you expect me to do it?"

Homelander raised an eyebrow, a dangerous red light glowing in his eyes.

"...Fine, I'll do it. I'll do it, okay?"

Shabby chickened out instantly.

He muttered under his breath as he walked toward the wardrobe.

"Just my luck... Not only do I have to look at a naked guy, but I also have to dress him..."

"Pietro, you'd better remember this, you owe me two big favors! I've never done anything this disgusting in my life..."

"Hurry up! Stop talking! My underwear is hanging on the lamp! Get it down for me!"

With that, a pair of invisible hands roughly grabbed the silver bodysuit from the floor.

"Lift your leg! Don't move!"

"Hey! Where are you touching! Don't touch there!"

"Shut up! If you don't want to see your sister with a bare ass, then cooperate!"

"Gentle! Ow, ow, ow! My whole body hurts!"

"Endure it! This is the price of being a stud!"

Homelander watched this scene, shook his head, and turned toward the door.

"I'll give you five minutes."

"Clean yourselves up well, don't let anyone catch a scent."

...The battle in the hall was nearing its end.

Calling it a battle was a stretch; it was more like a one-sided beating.

Having lost her mind-controlled slaves, Lorelei had some combat ability herself, but she was completely outmatched before Jane Foster, the legitimate Thor.

"Boom!"

Jane slammed Lorelei against the wall with her hammer, causing the wall to crack.

Lorelei spat out a mouthful of blood, her hair disheveled, looking nothing like a "Queen."

"I am... As..."

"Slap!"

Jessica stepped up and delivered a slap.

"As-your-mother! This is Earth!"

Wanda's hands were entwined with red light, binding Lorelei firmly in mid-air.

"For Pietro..." Wanda gritted her teeth, the red light in her hands surging.

Although she didn't know exactly what Pietro had gone through, the fact that he hadn't appeared meant he must have been tortured into immobility by this old hag.

"Aaaaah—!"

Lorelei screamed under the pressure of the scarlet energy.

"That's enough, Wanda."

Pepper Potts walked over, holding the Magic-Suppressing Gag Shabby had left for her.

"Make her shut up."

"Click."

The metal gag was fastened onto Lorelei's mouth, its mechanism deploying.

Lorelei's eyes widened in terror; she wanted to scream, but could only make muffled "wuwu" sounds.

As the magic dissipated.

Tony and Barton, handcuffed inside the Vought ambulance, felt their bodies tremble slightly.

Ten minutes later... the bedroom door was pushed open again.

Pietro was fully dressed, sitting upright on the edge of the bed with his hands on his knees, putting on a well-behaved act of "deeply reflecting on my actions."

Meanwhile, Homelander stood by the window looking at the scenery outside, acting as if nothing had happened.

"Pietro!!"

Seeing her brother safe and sound, she immediately lunged forward and gave him a hug.

"I knew you'd be okay! You must have suffered so much..."

Pietro winced from the hug, but still forced a smile and patted his sister's back.

"It's okay... I'm fine, Wanda."

"Thanks to the Boss... he arrived just in time."

He gave Homelander a grateful look.

Homelander turned around and nodded with a smile.

"Alright, this farce can finally end."

"We can have a victory banquet tonight."

...The next day.

V.G.D. Global Defense Headquarters.

Jane Foster sat at her desk, twirling a Montblanc pen between her fingers.

"Goddess Thor?" Jane raised an eyebrow, her finger lightly tapping the paper. "Doesn't that name sound a bit... too much like a spin-off character from a comic book?"

"Oh, that's just the market nowadays, dear," Homelander explained with a smile as he turned around.

"The label 'Goddess Thor' represents the rise of female power and a challenge to the old divine patriarchal system! The feminists on Twitter will go crazy for you."

"Fine, as long as you like it. I owe you."

Jane let out a deep sigh, and her pen tip hit the paper, signing her name with a fluid motion.

"Scritch, scritch."

As the final stroke was completed.

"Vought International — Deep Space Exploration and Dimensional Defense Department Chief Scientist Employment Agreement."

"Superhero Registration Agreement: Codename 'Goddess Thor'."

The contract officially took effect.

Simultaneously, a pleasant system notification sounded in Homelander's mind.

"Ding! Detected special character 'Goddess Thor' Jane Foster has officially joined the team!"

"Gained special popularity value + 30,000!"

"Reward: Special Team Skill — Thunder Bond!"

"Skill Description: The host can designate three team members for chain binding. Once bound, no matter where the members are, they can participate in the 'Team Assembly' check for all-attribute bonuses, and members can share a portion of Thunder God power resistance."

Homelander felt a surge of joy!

Good stuff.

This meant that even if the team was scattered across the Universe in the future, he could still benefit from the team buff bonus at any time.

"Welcome to Vought, Jane," Homelander's face broke into a wide smile. "Oh, now I should call you — Goddess Thor."

Jane stood up and reached out toward mjolnir, which was hanging on the office coat rack.

"Hum—!"

mjolnir let out a cheerful hum and instantly flew into her palm.

"Just call me Jane."

"Well, I'm off to work then. I have to prove your investment was worth it."

"I believe in you," Homelander responded with a smile, then pointed at the Mjolnir in her hand. "Also, that thing... do you plan on carrying it all the time?"

Jane looked down at Mjolnir and gave a somewhat helpless smile.

"It seems... quite clingy. And, I don't think it wants to go back to Thor's hand."

"Then it has good taste."

Homelander didn't mind Jane holding mjolnir. On the contrary, a female scientist holding a hammer—that kind of gap moe fit Vought's commercial aesthetic perfectly.

Then Jane left the office to take over her new laboratory.

No sooner had Jane left than Natasha walked in.

She was wearing a black tight-fitting training suit, her left leg still wrapped in bandages, but it didn't affect her sexy and dangerous aura in the slightest.

"I don't recall giving permission for the wounded to run around," Homelander teased.

"For a minor injury like this, in the Red Room, we wouldn't even use a Band-Aid."

Natasha walked over to the sofa and sat down, her posture relaxed.

Without any nonsense, she picked up another contract on the table, and without even looking at the terms, flipped directly to the last page and signed her name.
