Pandevilium Hall, special devil region of the Underworld, administrative hall.
The original Beelzebub, revered by the devil race, was constantly handling governmental affairs. Looking over, one could see a rather petite figure with an incredibly fluffy head of shining golden long hair. The delicate feminine attire she wore could not completely conceal the overwhelming fullness of her chest.
Those sky-blue, gem-like eyes were filled with a dazed yet calm expression. This was the original Satan Beelzebub, Lady Beelzebub herself.
Although that soft and cute appearance really had nothing to do with Devils.
Even though her status looked noble and authoritative, Beelzebub's personality was extremely gentle and soft. As long as you did not anger her, there would generally be no serious problems.
At the moment, Beelzebub was sprawled over her administrative desk, completely slacking off. She was, by nature, a very absentminded girl.
Fortunately, none of the guards outside the administrative hall saw this. Otherwise, their mental state might have collapsed on the spot. To think that the mighty Lord Beelzebub, master of the Pandevilium Hall, was actually such a dazed, soft, slacking creature.
"Mmm~ Gabriel, I really want to relax and hug a plush ball. There's been so much government work lately that it's driving me crazy."
Golden hair like strands of gold silk spilled loosely down, her delicate and fair face pressed against the desk, her expression lazy as she looked toward the second presence in the room.
That was a stunning blonde angel with a perfectly curvy figure, sitting off to the side reading a novel. She possessed refined features unlike Beelzebub's, snow-white skin, and an expression somewhat similar to Beelzebub's. Beelzebub was absentminded, while she looked more like a dazed beauty.
She also carried a fully matured, gentle aura. Her long golden hair cascaded down like a waterfall, spreading around her. Through the golden strands, golden wings trembled slightly.
This angel was none other than Gabriel, a Seraph of the Heaven. In terms of appearance, temperament, and figure, she fully deserved the title of the most beautiful woman in Heaven.
In the special Devil region of the Underworld, Beelzebub's administrative hall actually housed a famous Seraph from Heaven.
Hearing her friend Beelzebub's complaints, Gabriel put down the Warhammer novel in her hands and looked at her with a teasing smile on her dazed face.
"Do your best, Bubu. If you're sitting in that position, you still have to do what you're supposed to do. After the Lord left, Michael and I have been even busier than you."
"Waaah… if it weren't for something happening in the human world recently, I'd be hugging something fluffy and sleeping in right now."
The famous great Devil and the famous Seraph chatted warmly, like sisters with a very close relationship.
In truth, the two really were as close as sisters. They had been before, and they still were now.
"Stop complaining. Michael is busy negotiating with the other worlds right now. I only managed to come out by squeezing time out of an already packed schedule."
A trace of bitterness appeared on Gabriel's delicate face. With the situation in the human world, no major power dared to relax.
Did Beelzebub really think she could stay completely out of it?
"Gabriel, no matter when it is, I always miss the days when I could freely act spoiled in the Lord's embrace. My favorite pillow was always the Lord's thighs. Every time, the Lord would stroke my head and dote on me…"
After saying this, Beelzebub had nothing more to say. She picked up the pillow beside her, placed it on the desk, and lay down on it. A trace of nostalgia flickered through her hazy blue eyes.
Gabriel's gaze dimmed at those words, her delicate face showing a hint of sadness.
Why was the relationship between Beelzebub, who had fallen into a Devil, and the Seraph Gabriel still so good? Did Gabriel truly not mind that Beelzebub was now a Devil?
She had minded very much before. The two sisters had once even fought over this.
The original Beelzebub, Lady Beelzebub herself, this absentminded girl, had fallen into becoming a Devil for reasons that could not be casually spoken of. It could be described as her dark history.
If anyone heard the truth of why she became a Devil, they would definitely wear a painfully awkward expression.
She had been absentminded from the very beginning. Back when Lucifer fell, abandoning his angelic body, refusing even to remain a fallen angel and instead transforming into a Devil filled with filth and desire, this absentminded girl had been tricked by the original Lucifer into joining his faction without understanding what was happening.
At the time of the fall, Lucifer, in order to vent his anger at the Biblical God, tricked Beelzebub—who had been the most doted-on by the Biblical God—into turning into a Devil.
This outrageous act truly enraged the Biblical God, who shouted that this child was beyond saving.
Lucifer's betrayal had long been anticipated by the God of Bible. She did not strongly oppose his desire to grow up, stop listening, and seek independence.
But falling and rebelling was one thing. Dragging along a loyal Bubu, who revered both her and Lucifer, and turning her into a Devil—what was that ungrateful brat thinking?
After Beelzebub finally realized what had happened, she tried to return to Heaven, but was beaten by male and female angels who regarded her as a despicable traitor to the Lord. At that time, Heaven possessed no shortage of high-level combat power. Beelzebub was beaten to the point of tears. With no way out, she truly became a Devil.
In reality, it was only through the tacit approval and intervention of the Biblical God that Beelzebub managed to leave safely. Otherwise, she would never have survived returning to Heaven.
Heaven was no longer a place for Bubu. With the stain of becoming a Devil, the archangels who had once fanatically revered her would never accept her again.
No matter how favored you once were by the Lord, Lucifer had already fallen and become a Devil. So what did that make you, another once-favored one?
Those tainted by impurity were absolutely forbidden from approaching the Lord, forbidden from appearing in the sacred Heaven, and forbidden from entering the sight of the great and exalted God.
Why was the original Beelzebub so hostile toward Lucifer? It was because of this incident. Beelzebub utterly hated the bastard who had tricked her.
Back in Heaven, she had once been quite close to Lucifer, treating him like an older brother she trusted, second only to the Lord.
Yet that bastard treated her like this, turning her into a Devil just to spite the Biblical God.
This became Beelzebub's eternal heartache. In those days, she would endure the pain alone at night, praying to the Lord, crying, and apologizing.
When the war between the three factions broke out, Beelzebub did not participate. Even though she now possessed an impure Devil body, there was no way she would help that bastard Lucifer fight against the Lord.
Fortunately, the God of Bible had secretly helped Beelzebub as well.
She also explained Beelzebub's situation to the angels under her command. Angels like Gabriel and Michael, who understood what kind of girl Bubu was, had been utterly incredulous back when she fell.
Once things were explained, the absentminded girl who had become a Devil yet continued to believe in and pray to her was able to live a somewhat easier life afterward.
Aside from a few angels who could not tolerate impurity and still held grievances against her, as time passed and the Lord had long since departed, even they gradually let go of their prejudice against the girl.
