Tony's HUD lit up with S.H.I.E.L.D. intel as he flew toward the Helicarrier.
A moment later, he opened a secure channel.
Tony: "Roy, heads up. We found Loki. Germany. I'm heading to Fury's flying tin can. You coming?"
Roy looked at the women around him—Grayfia, Velgrynd, Velzard, Scathach, Sif, Amora, Lorelai, Hela, Death, and Infinity.
All of them were watching him with a mix of worry and pride.
Roy sighed softly.
Roy: "I'll go with Tony. Be safe, all of you."
He kissed or hugged each one—Grayfia straightened his collar, Velgrynd crossed her arms pretending not to worry, Velzard squeezed his hand, Scathach smirked with confidence, Sif gave a warrior nod, Amora and Lorelai touched his cheek, Hela pulled him close for a second, and Infinity and Death both offered warm, cosmic blessings.
And then, with a shimmer of space-magic, Roy vanished.
Arrival on the Helicarrier
Roy appeared mid-air, right above the Helicarrier deck—Tony was waiting for him in full armor.
Tony: "Took you long enough, OAA-boy."
Roy smiled.
Roy: "Did you meet my brothers on the way here?"
Tony snorted.
"Oh I met them. Thor is… a golden retriever with lightning. And Loki is a drama queen with a glowing spear."
Roy nodded knowingly.
Together they walked toward the entrance hatch.
Inside the Helicarrier — Tony Plants the Bug
The two entered the control center—S.H.I.E.L.D. agents typing, screens flashing, alarms blinking.
Tony explained as they walked.
Tony: "Loki needs iridium. Stabilizing agent. Helps with opening wormholes. Basically: bad news."
As everyone was distracted with incoming data feeds, Tony casually leaned on the central console, tapping something under it.
Click.
A small device latched onto Fury's main system.
Nobody saw it.
Nobody but Roy.
Roy raised an eyebrow.
Tony whispered without looking at him:
"…for research purposes."
Roy just shook his head.
Thor Arrives — And Immediately Crashes
The doors burst open—lightning flashed, and Thor strode in, eyes bright.
He spotted Roy instantly.
Thor: "ROY! LITTLE BROTHER!"
He sprinted forward with open arms.
Roy calmly stepped one foot to the left.
THUD.
Thor smashed straight into a steel wall with enough force to dent it.
The entire bridge went silent for two seconds.
Then:
Tony tried not to laugh. Maria Hill covered her mouth. Bruce let out a quiet chuckle. Fury smirked under his breath. Natasha actually laughed out loud.
Thor peeled himself off the wall, completely unbothered, and wrapped Roy in a crushing hug anyway.
Thor: "It is good to see you, baby brother!"
Roy (sighing): "Good to see you too, Thor."
Roy Sends a Telepathic Warning
While Thor was squeezing him, Roy sent a calm telepathic message to:
Thor Tony Maria Hill Natasha
Roy (telepathically):
"Don't reveal anything major about me. Just tell people I'm Thor's brother. Nothing more."
All four nodded subtly.
Steve Rogers Makes an Entrance
Steve walked in, unintentionally arrogant and confused.
Steve: "Who exactly is he?"
Before anyone could reply, Roy answered, tone calm.
Roy: "I'm Thor's brother."
Steve blinked, surprised but accepting it at face value.
Greeting Bruce Banner
Roy and Tony then turned to Bruce.
Roy: "Dr. Banner."
Tony: "We read your work on gamma cell regeneration. Brilliant stuff."
Bruce looked awkward, adjusting his glasses.
Bruce: "Uh… thank you? That means a lot."
Heading to the Lab
Fury snapped his fingers at an agent.
Fury: "Take them to the lab. We're finding that Tesseract."
Roy walked alongside Tony and Bruce as they followed the escort deeper into the Helicarrier.
The mission had officially begun.
