The bell rang and all the students went out for sport. Linda stood up, picked up her small bag and was about to dash out with her friends when someone held her bag. She turned and saw Williams.
Gosh, I forgot I had a devil tailing me. Oh right, I'm not having fun today. She thought as she rolled her eyes.
"Miss Linda, you seem to be forgetting someone behind." Williams said raising his head with a quiet smirk on his face.
Adam and Ha Rin exchange glance.
"Linda___" Ha Rin called but she was interrupted by Williams.
"Miss Linda?" He called out standing up.
Linda shot him an annoyed glance but Williams' gaze remained firm.
"Guys, I'll catch up with you later." Linda said turning towards her friends.
"But___" Ha Rin said holding Linda's hand.
"It's fine. I'm sure Mr Williams is a gentle man." She said sarcastically.
Ha Rin and Alex then reluctantly left.
"Such sweet affection with your friends." Williams said releasing her bag.
Linda turned sharply.
"What do you want?" She fired.
Williams stepped closer to her pushing her towards the chair. Linda felt her heart racing rapidly.
"Linda Lee, you really have some nerves. You are the first person to talk rudely at me, slap me, cross my path and go scot free. Don't you think you're too much?" He said, his gaze piercing into her eyes.
Linda's legs were trembling and yet her expression was bold.
"I should be the one asking you that. If this is about the last time we met, you are the one who locked me in your room. I just escaped and that's all." Linda said, her voice firm and bold. Williams grabbed her neck and pulled her ear closer to his lips. His breath sent shivers down her spine and her heart beat increased.
"You highschool girl, do you really know who you've been messing with?" He whispered into her ear.
"Who doesn't know you in Seoul?" She asked in a shaky tone. "Mr Williams, get your hands of my neck. You're not planning to kill me for revenge, are you?" She asked trying to fight him off but he was tougher.
After a while of struggle, she couldn't hold on any longer. She threw her leg targeting his manhood but Williams swiftly caught her leg scooping her up and throwing her on the table.
"What?___" Linda gasped, surprised.
"Do you think I'm a fool? You did that once already and I'm not falling for it again." He said. "Beg me, Linda. And maybe I'll pity you." He added, with an exciting chuckle.
Linda scoffed, not wanting to give up but when she felt her breath cut, she pleaded.
"Please, release me!" Linda finally pleaded.
Williams smirked and slowly released her. As soon as his hands left her neck, she threw herself away from the table, gasping for air.
"So you can beg, huh?" Williams asked, amazed by her strong restraint.
"Beg, my damn ass!" She yelled, abruptly kicking his stomach. Williams went on his kneels holding his stomach in pain.
"Did you wanted to kill me?" She asked angrily.
"You___" Williams groaned in pain. Linda ignored him. She picked up her bag and dashed out.
"You're dead, Linda" he yelled but she was already gone.
When Linda got to the sport ground, some activities were already going on. She took a deep breath and adjusted her uniform like nothing happened. She then sighted Ha Rin standing in a corner and walked towards her. When Ha Rin saw Linda, she sighed in relief.
"Are you alright? Did anything happen?" Ha Rin asked anxiously.
"I'm fine." Linda said forcing a smile.
Ha Rin eyed her suspicious.
"Are you sure? You can't tell me nothing happened between you and Williams. I mean, that guy can send you to the hospital and go scot free." Ha Rin said almost yelling.
"Keep your voice down!" Linda snapped covering her lips. After glancing around to make sure no one was staring, she released her.
"Nothing happened." She simply said and before Ha Rin could say anything more, Linda quickly asked.
"Alex?"
"He went with his team for a basketball match. Don't try to divert the topic. After school today, you have to tell me everything when we hang out." Ha Rin said.
"But I said nothing happened." Linda said feigning innocence.
"You want me to believe that with all the drama I've seen happened between you and Williams, there's nothing to it, huh?" She asked raising a brow.
"Fine!" Linda sighed.
"You must tell me everything!" Ha Rin commanded.
"Okay!..... So, what is our team participating in?" She asked.
"It's the Pink team's turn now. After them, out team will take place in the racing competition against the blue team." Ha Rin said pulling Linda to sit on an empty space close to them.
"Okay. I'm ready to crush those pretty rude girls in the blue team." Linda said warming up already. Suddenly, her stomach rumbled sadly. Ha Rin chuckled, teasingly.
"Crush the pretty rude girl with a sad tommy?" She asked laughing.
Linda pouted.
"I haven't had lunch and my breakfast was very light. By the way, I can still crush them with an empty stomach." Linda said.
"Really?"
"Of course! Don't you trust me?" She asked blinking her eyes as she leaned her head closer to Ha Rin.
Ha Rin pushed head away with a quiet laugh.
"I trust you!" She said.
After a few minutes of waiting for her team's turn, Linda felt an urgent need to use the washroom. She tried to hold it at first but later felt too pressed. She stood up to go but Ha Rin stopped her.
"Where the hell are you going?" She asked.
"I'm coming!" Linda said pulling her hand away and running off.
"Hey___" Ha Rin called out but she was already gone.
From a distance, Williams stood in a hidden corner watching as Linda ran towards the school building. An evil smirk tugged his lips. He glanced around of anyone was watching him and when he saw that the place was clear, he followed her.
