Facing Seiya's mockery, Uchiha Itachi remained unmoved and said nonchalantly, "Putting aside whether we can coincidentally run into him in this bustling metropolis, even if we do, Jiraiya will have to weigh the consequences before making a move. Once he injures the innocent, he won't be able to explain himself to the Land of Fire."
"So that's how it is." Seiya nodded slightly and smiled, "I thought you chased after me, fearless of death, wanting to test yourself against Jiraiya!"
Uchiha Itachi's eyes flashed faintly, and he said indifferently, "I have no grudge against Jiraiya, so why would I want to fight him to the death? You, on the other hand, you have a deep-seated feud with the Sannin. More than ten years ago, the Sannin jointly attacked your mother."
Seiya raised an eyebrow and said, "You've thought this through. Unfortunately, I'm a legitimate Shinobi and cannot attack a Shinobi from an allied village. I'm afraid I can't grant your wish."
"If you didn't want to make a move on the Sannin, why did you ask Zetsu about Jiraiya's whereabouts? And why did you specifically travel from the Land of Earth to the Land of Fire, instead of returning directly to the Land of Lightning?" Uchiha hit the nail on the head.
Seiya's expression changed slightly, then he smiled, "You're overthinking it. I'm here on a mission, accompanying the client, Miss, for sightseeing in the Land of Fire."
"A mission assigned by the organization?" Kisame interjected.
Seiya shook his head.
Kisame was silent for a moment, then decided to seize this rare private meeting to ask a crucial question.
"Seiya, could you share what your relationship with Lady Angel truly is?"
Seiya countered, "What do you think?"
Kisame raised an eyebrow, grinned, and said deliberately, "I have an immature idea, but I'm a bit hesitant to say it."
Seiya looked scornful, "What's there to be afraid of? Haven't we always had freedom of speech in the organization? Hidan insulted Leader last time and nothing happened to him. Are you less courageous than a junior?"
Kisame showed disdain, "Hidan is just a brat who doesn't understand Leader's power."
Then, he squinted his eyes, his gaze flickering, and suddenly said, "Seiya, are you Lady Angel's lover?"
Uchiha Itachi couldn't help but cough lightly.
Seiya was slightly taken aback, surprised by Kisame's wild imagination.
Shion was also surprised.
She had traveled with Konan for a period and was very certain that their relationship was purely innocent.
Kisame carefully observed Seiya's instantaneous reaction and then ruled out the possibility of him having an improper relationship with the Angel.
Seiya recovered, saying with a half-smile, "You've got quite the nerve to say that!"
Kisame neither confirmed nor denied it, displaying his toothy shark-like grin, and then buried his head in the dessert on the plate.
A moment later, Uchiha Itachi and Kisame finished their meal, left the dessert shop, and disappeared into the crowd.
After a little while longer, Seiya and Shion, having satisfied their hunger, continued their shopping.
Before long, Shion stopped at a roadside stall, happily playing a ring-toss game, trying hard to win the highest-level prize.
This suited Seiya perfectly; staying put was easier than wandering around. He stood to the side, doing nothing, enjoying the leisure.
After a while, a group of kunoichi wearing Konoha headbands passed by.
Except for three slightly older ones, the rest were beautiful girls.
Each was charming and unique, as delicate and lovely as flowers, complementing one another.
Seiya immediately recognized two familiar faces-Kurenai Yuhi and Hinata Hyuga, whom he had met about a year ago.
Times were different. Back then, he wore a mask; now, he showed his true face.
It would be awkward to go up and talk to them directly and ask for repayment for saving their lives.
Kurenai Yuhi casually glanced at him, feeling a strange sense of familiarity, but couldn't recall where she knew him from, so she didn't dwell on it.
Ino Yamanaka's face was flushed, and she exclaimed, covering her mouth, "He's so handsome! He's the most handsome boy I've ever seen! My heart, which has been quiet for over a decade, is pounding! I'm in love!"
Anko Mitarashi teased, "If you like him, go for him! With your looks, it shouldn't be too hard."
Yugao Uzuki threw a bucket of cold water on the idea, "Don't listen to Anko's nonsense. Character is the most important thing in a relationship, not just looks."
Anko Mitarashi retorted, "You've never dated, so how do you know that character is the most important thing? I think the key is whether you like them yourself!"
Kurenai Yuhi mediated, smiling, "Since none of us has dated, let's not be so absolute about it. Don't mislead the children."
Hinata Hyuga found Seiya somewhat familiar.
Then, a light bulb went off, and she suddenly remembered the masked man who had saved her life.
So, she quietly activated her Byakugan.
Before the all-seeing eyes, every minute detail was clear.
By comparing their head shape, ear contour, hand shape, posture, and demeanor, Hinata Hyuga finally concluded that the handsome boy by the stall was indeed the masked man from that day!
After a year's separation, they met again in a foreign land, and she had even seen her benefactor's true face.
Hinata Hyuga was overjoyed and secretly excited but dared not show it openly.
After all, her benefactor wore a mask that day, surely to conceal his identity.
If she revealed it in public now, wouldn't that be repaying kindness with enmity?
Moreover, Kurenai-sensei had always believed that the benefactor was a villain with despicable behavior and was keen on seeking revenge.
For the sake of everyone's harmony, she absolutely must not expose her benefactor's identity. Hinata Hyuga secretly made up her mind.
At the same time, Anko Mitarashi suddenly mumbled, "Why do I feel like I've seen this boy before?"
"You feel it too?" Kurenai Yuhi said in surprise, "I'm the same as you, but I just can't remember where!"
Yugao Uzuki nodded in agreement, "Now that you two mention it, I also feel like this boy is familiar."
Hinata Hyuga, Ino Yamanaka, and Tenten, the three young girls, were puzzled and exchanged glances.
A moment later, Anko Mitarashi realized with a start, "I remember!"
Immediately, she took a bounty book from her bag, turned to the page of Uchiha Megumi, and showed it to everyone.
Compared to the handsome boy by the stall, anyone with eyes could see the resemblance.
Anko Mitarashi said solemnly, "He is Uchiha Megumi's son, Uchiha Seiya!"
Tenten asked, "Then should we arrest this rogue Shinobi's son and bring him to justice?"
Anko Mitarashi shook her head and chuckled, "Bring him to what justice? He's a Kumogakure Shinobi now, and we are allies. Although Uchiha Megumi is on the list, we absolutely cannot make a move against her! The same goes for her son!"
"Anko is right," Kurenai Yuhi agreed with a nod, "Now that we are friendly allies, we cannot be the first to make a move that jeopardizes the peace of the Shinobi world."
Tenten smiled, "So, that means Ino's budding romance hasn't died in the womb!"
The women immediately burst into good-natured laughter.
