Chapter 22 - Chapter 22: Don't Tell anyone about it

"Yes, and don't shout. Come on, I can only use this thing once a year," Raeven said, lying. The power to remove that curse is too much already, so he nerfed it a little.

"This is impossible, you know? And it even has a cooldown of a year before you can use it again; this is too much," Stussy said as her brain couldn't process all of this.

With that, Raeven summoned a silver key. It didn't look special at all, just 3 inches in length, and he tapped it on Stussy's forehead, then she glowed, and that was it.

"That's it?" Raeven and Stussy said. Then, to test it, the two of them headed straight to the shore of the island. Stussy looked at Raeven, then she nodded, and she courageously stepped on the water.

After a few seconds nothing happened to Stussy; she didn't feel weak, and she could use her powers too without any drawbacks. After confirming it was real, the two of them were happy.

Stussy said, "Don't tell this to Mihawk yet so she can prank him later," to which Raeven just nodded. It's Mihawk's fault for not being here.

After that the training and chopping up trees continued; they are chopping the trees to clean the area and also to have a lot of firewood. Kozaburo uses wood at his place like crazy. The Amazons are shocked when they hear that he was a grandmaster of forging who can make a great-grade blade, so they commissioned some blades from him.

The winter ended at the end of March, and now it's the middle of spring, and with the help of everyone, the 20-hectare vineyard is fully planted, and the Ninja Khans are planting the additional fruit trees at the orchard.

The four blues are peaceful as usual; the only place chaotic in these worlds is the new world, especially now that Roger just entered the new world again to look for the final island. Sure enough, a few days later, news about the clash between the Roger Pirates and the Flying Pirates is the headline.

Shiki's fleet was decimated by a large storm. While the Roger Pirates suffered only light wounds, Shiki suffered a fatal injury on his, a steering wheel encrusted into his skull, which made him look like a chicken.

April 24, 1497

It's Stussy's 9th birthday, and the Sixis Island became lively again. This time a lot of visitors are here: the Shimotsuki Family of East Blue, the Kuja pirates with Shakky and Gloriosa, and Morgans with his two trusted men. All of them brought gifts for Stussy. When Mihawk returned 3 days before, he nearly had a heart attack when he saw Stussy jump into the river inside the island. When he learned that it was a prank, he nearly charged towards Raeven, but in the end his rationality won over; he didn't want to skip the party, so he just swallowed his anger and went to chop some trees.

As the party was going wild, Mihawk was challenged to a duel, which surprised him and the others. The one who challenged him was the current empress of the Amazon Lily, Tritoma.

The wager of their duel is if Mihawk loses, then he will become Tritoma's husband; on the other hand, if Tritoma loses, she will abdicate her seat, and she will follow Mihawk everywhere.

When Mihawk heard this, he was dumbfounded; if he wins or loses, he will still lose, so he almost didn't accept the duel, but Raeven butted in. He said that if Mihawk loses, he will paint Yoru with a permanent black paint. He even said that those who don't dare to accept the duels from a woman are called gay, so Mihawk accepted it.

As the two fought, Tritoma gave everything she had, but in the end she was outclassed in everything; she lost in the end. Right now Mihawk is near the threshold of an Admiral already.

"You are a strong woman; sadly, your choice of weapon contradicts your style of fighting. Improve more; I'll be waiting for your next challenge," Mihawk said, but in Tritoma's mind, Mihawk said this:

"Tritoma, if you want to be my woman, then get stronger. I'll wait for you to get stronger and challenge me again."

"Of course, Lord Husband, I'll train well to be a worthy wife for you," she said, which made Gloriosa and Shakky shake their heads. This happened to them too, and it's really embarrassing.

"I didn't say that I'll be your husband; besides, I'm too young," Mihawk said.

"I'm still 19; I can wait for you, lord husband," Tritoma answered. Stussy and Raeven on the side are giggling and laughing nonstop while looking at Mihawk, whose face is already red.

After a while the banquet started, and everyone is drinking their fill, especially Morgans and Kozaburo. These two are saying that the alcohol content of Gin Bulag is too high, but they still drink it.

Stussy, who can't drink yet, is now drinking her juice, and she was happy with it too; her time to drink alcohol will come. Right now she was happy looking at others drinking it.

The next day Morgans left early, then the Shimotsuki Family left too, and then in the afternoon, before the Kuja pirates left, Tritoma gave her den den mushi to Mihawk, Stussy, and Raeven. The 3 accepted it, which made her happy.

After 4 days Mihawk left to continue his journey; he said that he's going to track down Shiki. Raeven just nodded and asked him to be careful, and then he and Castle flew away aboard Strife.

Months passed by quickly, and the training of the girls is having a visible improvement lately, as almost all of them can now use Tekkai and Shigan; even Stussy can now do it too, so Raeven teaches them the basics of Haki. Sadly, no one among his trainees has the potential of a king here.

Stussy quickly learned observation Haki, which surprised everyone. Kozaburo even said that she is a natural prodigy of observation Haki. Not only did she awaken her observation Haki, but the range of it is quite big too, not exaggerated like Raeven, but it's still big.

Raeven is merciless during their training; he commanded the Ninja Khans to attack the trainees, whether it's melee using bats covered with rubber or with stones. He also commanded the ninjas to use only 10% of their power so the trainees won't die. They won't die, but being hit will make them suffer. After all, in this world only strength can make you free. If they want to join the Kuja pirates, then this level of training is a must.

September 19th, 1497

Inside the Dracule Tower

Raeven is currently reading a book when his den den mushi rang. He looked at the number displayed on the den den mushi, and it was Mihawk.

"Brother, I found the island you were talking about before," Mihawk said.

"What island? Is it the island with dinosaurs, the sky island, or the island where everything is food?" Raeven quickly asked.

"The last one, brother, I'm here right now, and I already had the Eternal Pose for it; it's a group of living islands called the Boin Archipelago," Mihawk said.

"The insects here have tough exoskeletons; without Haki, cutting them is a challenge. Also, there is a lot of food here. I didn't detect human life forms here at all," Mihawk added.

"Excellent, Brother, once you return, give me a copy of that Eternal pose. There's a lot of things there that I'm really curious about," Raeven said.

Raeven remembered that Ussop said before that there are a lot of different kinds of Pop Green, a kind of quick-growing seed that can only be found on the Boin Archipelago; the deeper you go, the more you will see them there.

"Okay, brother, I'll try to go home before this year ends," Mihawk said, and then he ended the call.

"Pop green, if Ussop can grow an unlimited supply of it, then I can do that too. It's time to prepare a special area for that kind of plant here," Raeven said as he picked up his farming tools on the way to his farming area.

Grand Line

Bonin Archipelago

On the way back to Sixis Island, Mihawk is currently riding Strife, flying in the sky freely, when his log pose began pointing upward. He quickly told Strife to stop, and he began to investigate his log pose. When he found that it didn't have any problem, he looked around, and he didn't find anything, so he did the only thing he knows to do if this happens: call his brother.

(AN: just like when Bartolomeo and his crew don't know what to do, they always call their grandma.)

After a few rings the call got answered.

"What is it this time? Don't tell me that you encountered a floating island," Raeven said on the other side of the line, which surprised Mihawk; his surprised expression is perfectly illustrated by the den den mushi.

"So you really found one; this is crazy. Where are you right now?" Raeven asked.

"I just passed by the Jaya Island; I'll take a shortcut using the calm belt," Mihawk said.

"Then remember that place; once you come home and rest enough, we will go to that sky island," Raeven said.

"Okay, brother," he said, and he ended the call. He still didn't think that on his way back home he'd stumble on this island. As for if there is an island in the sky, as long as his brother said there is, then he'll absolutely believe it.
