(Entries 1-8 are identical to the original record. Changes begin from Entry 9.)
1. My name is Bóyáng. I write down all that I know here, so that those who read these words in the future may understand what I have experienced.
2. Under the orders of the Qixing, my younger brother Róngzhào and I carried the Taiwei Ritual Disk and set out for the Chasm to assist the Qianyan Army. However, the ferocious beasts here were beyond imagination, and our forces suffered devastating casualties. Had it not been for the Yaksha's intervention, my brother and I would have perished on the spot.
3. That Yaksha possessed four arms, a divine yet frenzied appearance, and could not remember his own name. In moments of madness, he would refer to those around him as "Golden Peng," "Mì Nù," and other such names. His power was lightning itself—fierce, overwhelming, with the bearing of a legendary general. Following him, we fought the beasts for more than ten days, finally carving a path through blood and death.
4. Even the most fearsome creatures have weaknesses. The Yaksha noticed this and devised strategies accordingly. Earlier battles had shattered the ground, revealing a vast and mysterious underground palace beneath the Chasm. Observations showed that when the beasts approached this place, they weakened considerably. We suspected that some force below strongly suppressed the Khaenri'ah monsters.
5. Too many had already died. The war had to end as soon as possible. I agreed with Róngzhào that I would carry the Taiwei Ritual Disk and, together with part of the Qianyan Army and the Yaksha, descend into the underground palace. We would draw the beasts inside and drive them into the deepest reaches.
The seal would be completed by the Yaksha and myself from within, with Róngzhào assisting from outside. Only then could the seal be absolute. If successful, the Chasm front would be secured—but those involved, including myself, the Yaksha, and the soldiers, would remain trapped inside. The gains were immense. It was worth attempting.
6. Day and night, the soldiers confirmed that once the beasts entered the palace, their strength was severely restricted, as if eroded by an unknown force.
Some wounded soldiers died. Others lost consciousness, strayed from the group, and never returned.
…Would the monsters truly disappear?
7. The underground palace was profoundly strange. In the end, only the Yaksha and I of Liyue remained alive. I do not know how much time passed. The Yaksha was gravely injured and plagued by madness—death seemed near. Though I remained conscious, my own mind began to blur.
The Yaksha urged me to leave and return to the surface, forgetting that we were destined to stay here.
8. This palace seemed alive. When the ground cracked open above, we leapt down to carry out our plan, but even then I noticed the cracks slowly closing. I could not say that this was the only possible strategy.
Even when attacked, the broken spatial fissures would gradually heal—sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly, with no pattern.
…Had we mistakenly entered the belly of some colossal being, only to be slowly swallowed?
9. Within the depths of the Chasm, I could clearly feel the Electro Yaksha's presence growing weaker. I feared he would die here. I was afraid—afraid of being left alone.
10. We encountered a beautiful female Yaksha. Thank the heavens—she was the Electro Yaksha's companion.
From her, I learned their names and identities:
The Electro Yaksha was called Bosacius, leader of the Five Great Guardian Yakshas under the Lord of Geo — Marshal Tengshe.
The female Yaksha was named Bonanus, the fourth of the Five Great Guardian Yakshas — General Luojuan.
That female Yaksha was unimaginably powerful. She possessed the ability to send me back to the surface without disturbing the seal itself.
11. Before my departure, the female Yaksha collapsed. I do not know why—perhaps the aftereffects of exhausting her divine power.I saw a dark shadow approaching, seemingly eroding the two Yakshas. I could do nothing. I could not help them.
12. I returned. I saw my younger brother. I reunited with my family. I told many friends and comrades about the two Yakshas, hoping that in doing so, their names would be preserved forever.
13. Every day, I come to this dangerous region of the Chasm, waiting for the Yakshas' return. I firmly believe they will come back.

Final Entry
I am old now—old and useless—but I still await the return of the two Yakshas.
I am fortunate to have a beautiful wife and a lovely daughter. They are willing to wait with me.
Most people have begun to forget the heroes who once fought for Liyue Harbor. I am angry, yet powerless. My strength is insignificant.
I once met someone—a Yaksha. He seemed to know the female Yaksha. I handed him my records. He was deeply moved, thanked me, and left in haste. I never saw him again.
My days are few.
I have entrusted the duty of waiting to future generations. I instructed them:
If the Yakshas ever return, bring them to my grave to see me.
---
Guard the nation. Suppress demons. Honor the contract.Resist the monsters—merit for a thousand generations.Glorious deeds,Unthanked, unknown, swept away by the river of history.
Heroes find no resting place for their souls—At dusk, only solitary sorrow remains.
All things are impermanent.
All is suffering.
Loneliness and fate are unyielding.
Yakshas at the end of their road, eroded by karma—
How lamentable.
Life lasts but an instant. All things are relinquished. I ask only that my heart find peace.
