"I can hear your thoughts, friend," the devil said, smiling. The vampire quickly looked away.
"She looks a lot like you," Celea`a golden eyes werevglowing—making her resemble her father even more.
"I think so too. Isn't she adorable?"
"Yeah… very cute," the vampire muttered, remembering her slaughtering his people just yesterday.
"She was even cuter doing that," the devil added proudly reading the vampires thoughts.
The vampire stared at him like he was insane.
"Well then," the devil spread his wings, "let's see how much cuter my dear daughter can get."
He launched himself toward Celea.

"Salma"
"yes"
"run" Celea told her while still keeping eye contact with her father
"yes" Salma transported far away from the 2
"Well hello dear father, how are you?"
giggle
"I'm doing great, dear daughter, how are you doing?"
"honestly I feel horrible now after seeing you"
"Why do you have to be so harsh on your father?"
"Maybe it's the hormones you know I'm still in my teenage years. Isn't that the time everyone rebels?"
" Bwhahaha " the Devil genuinely burst out laughing
"I think you are right, than I'll forgive you this time"
"my, what an honor"
"Then shall we dance, dear daughter?"
smirk *
"I thought you'd never ask" with that Celea got into fighting position and the devil got his sword out as well and the fight of a century begun "

"King!"
"What is it?" Claus and his gama were mind linking each other since they couldn't talk in their lycan form
"Isn't that Luna fighting the devil?"
Claus looked up and saw them fighting each other
"Shouldn't we send help?"
"you keep fighting I'll go after her" Claus than started running in her direction

"Oh my… looks like your dear mate is coming for you," the devil said with a mischievous smile. "Shall we put him to the test?"
"A test, you say?" Celea replied coldly.
"Yes. Let's see…" He chuckled softly. "Who would he choose? Will he choose you… or will he choose his former lover?"
"What are you trying to do?" Celea demanded.
"Watch."
Before she could react, a scream echoed from not far away.
"You—" Celea frowned.
A demon had attacked Zela. Blood poured from her wounds; she wasn't going to make it.
"Now let's see who he'll choose," the devil said calmly, still fighting Celea.
Celea's back began bleeding again. Seeing her father's wings fully revealed made it obvious—her own wings were forming as well. The pain was unbearable. She coughed up blood.
Damn it… of all times, she thought.
A deep, furious growl tore from Claus as he saw Zela hurt. He ran toward her like a madman, whining like an injured beast when he reached her side. After seeing her condition up close, he shifted back into his human form and lifted her in a bridal carry.
"BRING ME A FAIRY. NOW!" he roared.
A witch rushed to their side.
"We should teleport to one—it'll be faster."
The three of them vanished, heading for the fairy camp to heal Zela.
"Wow… what an asshole," the devil sneered. "You really have terrible taste in men, dear daughter."
"Well, it's not like I chose him," Celea replied flatly. "It's more like a forced marriage."
She didn't show it, but watching that scene shattered her. It hadn't even been twenty-four hours since she'd given him a chance—yet he did not hesitated to leave her. He hadn't even looked back.
Celea pushed the feeling aside and forced herself to focus on the fight.
*Heavy breathing*
My vision is blurring. I'm losing focus. I'm getting weaker by the second.
"This is boring, Celea," the devil said lazily. "I know how to make it more interesting."
He raised his sword, preparing to stab her.
Celea was out of energy. She knew she could still dodge—but the blow never came.
No…
Dereus had been watching Celea for some time. He knew something was wrong. When he saw the devil raise his sword toward her, his body moved before his mind could catch up.
Only one thought filled him.
Protect Celea.
The devil could take over Dereuses mind any time and just make him sacrifice himself for Celea but he knew there was no need, that guy ran towards Celea even before he got to put his plan into action
Celea couldn't stop shaking as Dereus collapsed into her arms. He had been stabbed—just like before.
She fell to her knees, clutching him.
"No… no, no, no, no… wake up, please…" she sobbed.
Tears streamed down her face as she shook violently. With what little strength he had left, Dereus cupped her cheeks in his large hands and forced her to look into his eyes.
"Celea… be… happy…"
His hands fell limp as he passed out in her arms.
"NOOOOOOO!" she screamed, her voice filled with agony.
Everyone turned toward her.

Claus was holding Zela's hand while the fairies tried desperately to heal her—but it was too late.
"We're sorry, King of Lycans."
