Her voice carried bone-chilling cold:
"For hundreds of thousands of years, my race has devoured countless of your kind."
"Even you were once hunted by me; don't you hate me? Don't you want revenge?"
Yet his next words made everyone's jaws drop.
"Pfft, I thought it was something big."
"Bing Bing, you don't know—us Ice Worms have never cared about race solidarity."
"All we do is sleep, wake up to eat, eat and sleep again; nobody knows anybody else."
"What do their lives or deaths have to do with me?"
Gazing lovingly at Ice Empress, full of self-admiration, he said:
"During those ten thousand years when you hunted and even imprisoned me, I realized I was hopelessly in love with you."
"Your dominance, your coldness—all captivate big brother!"
"Bing Bing, look—I cocooned into a butterfly, a divine beast now!"
"I'm no longer that feeble worm!"
"As long as you say yes, I'll protect you, treat you to the finest food and drink—just give big brother a chance?"
By the end, his eyes had turned completely into pink hearts.
Ice Empress and Snow Empress had never imagined Heavenly Dream would answer like that.
After brief stunned silence, Ice Empress felt only deeper revulsion.
