"The Revolutionary Army doesn't care about its comrades at all!"
Gion's words were like a sharp sword, piercing Moira's heart.
"Impossible! The Revolutionary Army would never abandon their comrades!"
Moira glared at Gion, and even though her throat was incredibly dry from lack of water, she still managed to shout it out.
Even though she herself had just wavered.
But deep down, she preferred to believe that Dragon was preoccupied with other things rather than that he would abandon his companions.
"That's the truth. No matter how unwilling you are to believe it, Dragon won't come to save you," Gion said coldly.
"Ha, you just want to break down my mental defenses and turn me into a Celestial Dragon's plaything. Let me tell you, I will not yield."
Moira's eyes were filled with anger and hatred.
Although Ross didn't know what Moira had been through in the past, he could probably guess some things from her disgust for the nobility.
"You seem to have some misunderstanding. If I wanted to turn you into a plaything, I wouldn't need to concern myself with Dragon's affairs at all."
Ross chuckled and reached into the cage, aiming to grab Moira's chin.
Moira quickly noticed Ross's actions, and a hint of surprise flashed in her eyes.
Just as Ross was about to touch her body, Moira suddenly sprang to her feet.
In Moira's plan, as long as she could lure the Celestial Dragon into making a move, she could capture him and use him as a hostage to force Gion, who was standing nearby, to release her.
"Don't move!!!"
Moira did as planned, but the result seemed to be slightly different.
She did manage to grab Ross's wrist tightly, but she couldn't even stop him from moving forward, let alone subdue him.
Her resistance was so insignificant that, to outsiders, it might even seem like a reluctant acceptance.
"Why..."
She'd used all her strength, so why couldn't she defeat a Celestial Dragon?
Didn't Dragon tell them that the Celestial Dragons have no fighting power at all, and that their strong guards are the only ones who are strong?
"That's a strange question. Why do you think you can win me over? Or rather, why do you think I would be so unguarded?"
Ross shook his head, grabbed Moira's chin, lifted her up, and pulled her directly in front of him.
He would be slightly gentler if no harm was done to him.
But now that she'd already taken action, there was no room for chivalry or pity.
"Let me go...kill me if you dare..."
Moira glared at Ross with resentment, struggling with all her might, but found that she could not break free from Ross's grasp at all.
But she continued to twist her body, expressing her lack of cooperation.
"Kill you? Why should I kill you? I haven't restricted your movements; you could have easily committed suicide," Ross asked calmly.
"I..."
Moira was speechless. What Ross said made sense, but how many people could actually take their own lives?
As for Moira herself, she couldn't control her survival instinct.
She didn't want to be defiled by Ross, but she still held onto a sliver of hope that Dragon might come to her rescue.
"It's simple, isn't it? With your abilities, you could stop your heartbeat simply by placing your palm on your chest. But why don't you do it? Are you afraid of death, or do you still feel there's a glimmer of hope?"
Ross's voice was calm and unhurried, but Moira's struggles grew more and more intense, as if she had been touched on a sore spot.
"No matter what, I will not give in to you. Forget about it," Moira said resentfully.
Why should I want your heart?
Ross chuckled and shook his head. He reached into the cage with his other hand, gripping Moira's slender waist like an iron clamp. Then, he exerted force and pulled her out of the cage with a rough and somewhat unrestrained motion.
Sizzle.
A sharp tearing sound suddenly rang out.
Moira's eyes widened, her face filled with fear and shame, her body trembling uncontrollably from this sudden turn of events.
"Damn it, the Revolutionary Army won't let you get away with this! Dragon will definitely kill you!"
"I was really looking forward to that happening. In the storybook, your Prince Charming would suddenly appear, knock me to the ground, and rescue you. But that didn't happen. Do you know what that means?"
"I don't care what that means... Ah!!!"
"That means you're neither the heroine of the story nor Dragon the prince charming. And your ending is just like the tragedies you heard about in the Revolutionary Army."
"You see, even if you join the Revolutionary Army, nothing has changed."
As a wound appeared on Moira's forearm, blood began to drip onto the ground, surprising Ross for a moment, and a slight smile quietly appeared on his lips.
Compared to future Revolutionary Army captains or Ginny, Moira was more in line with Ross's aesthetic preferences, and coupled with her D+ strength, she was enough to whet Ross's appetite.
[D+ level defeat achieved!]

"Ah... Waaah... Dragon... Where are you?"
Inside the cage, Moira wept uncontrollably, repeatedly murmuring the name of Dragon.
Unfortunately, no matter how she pronounced the name, the person that name represented would never come to her.
...
One day later.
In the South Blue, on a deserted island.
On the beach, Dragon was directing the Revolutionary Army to rest and regroup.
"Dragon, are you really not going to save Moira?"
Beside Dragon stood a woman who bore a resemblance to Monkey D. Luffy, her face showing worry.
Just now, Kuzan from the Marines had contacted them, informing them that Moira was currently on Drum Island. If Dragon needed a rescue, Kuzan could persuade Garp to help.
After the Ohara incident, Kuzan began to question the Marines' justice and subsequently began to frequently contact the Revolutionary Army.
"Based on my understanding of Ross, this must be a trap. Once we move in, the newly formed Revolutionary Army will be finished."
"Moreover, we have something more important to do now. I need to go to the Kingdom of Giants. There is Vegapunk's technology there, and only that can help the Revolutionary Army. Everything is for the revolution. I will remember Moira's sacrifice."
Dragon clenched his fists, beads of sweat glistening on his face.
He also wanted to rescue Moira, who was not only a veteran of the Revolutionary Army but also extremely popular within it.
Since Moira had been captured, Dragon could clearly sense that the morale of the Revolutionary Army had dropped significantly.
But now, he really couldn't go and save her.
Yes, he had more important things to do now.
He wanted to rush to the Kingdom of Giants first, and according to Vegapunk's last wish, spread those technologies and sow the seeds of rebellion against the World Government among the member states.
The World Government wasn't that scary; the Revolutionary Army would definitely overthrow it.
