The final and most intricate step. Every part of his body—bones, organs, meridians, muscles, everything—needed cellular structure to function properly as a living organism rather than just an energy construct.
Runar used the fused golden-silver Rule-light to create cells, trillions upon trillions of them appearing simultaneously throughout his forming body. Bone cells within the skeleton. Blood cells beginning to flow through forming vessels. Muscle cells, skin cells, brain cells, every type the human body needed.
