Keifer POV: (Yesterday night)
We returned home after making so many beautiful memories and we freshened up and I came down first to make soup for Jay since we got drenched in the and she came and scolded me not drying my hair and here I was standing like a fool and grinning because I know how she cares about me.
And suddenly the power went off and she sat on my lap and was about to get up but I did not let her and I was shocked by she did next, she locked her arms around my neck and traced my face and in that moment I couldn't think about anything and she took that as an opportunity to run, and well we all know what happened.🤭
I asked her if we could sleep like this, and she said, " No" I instantly felt bad thinking I made her uncomfortable but then only I realised she was kidding.
We both cuddled and went to sleep and soon she slept but I was awake for a while, because I have been imagining this exact moment for so many days and now it is finally here, I cannot control my happiness, I hug her tightly to my chest and kiss and the forehead and I made a promise to myself to make sure she always felt loved and protected.
And we both woke up in the morning and currently, I was on top of her, going to claim my kiss and that is when we hear, "Wow"
We both stood Both of us quickly got up from the couch and stood, I was totally embrassed and they were stunned looking at us especially in that position
Keifer: " Dad why did you — I mean how did you guys came?" I said and she almost gave a glare to me but she quickly escaped the place by saying , " I will go freshen up and come" and quickly left the place and I was stuck here.
My parents were smirking at me especially my dad
D: "Someone called me crying last Friday saying he couldn't propose and now"
K: " Dad, so actually I confessed to her 3 days before and we came her to surprise you guys"
D: " Yeah, we saw the surprise, we are very much surprised. My dear son"
K: " Dad" I whined like a child and my mom just laughing along with dad
M: " But truly cannot believe that you are the son, who did not have a girlfriend from birth after seeing your activities"
K: " Mom you too" I whined again
D: " So Keif, should we just leave and let you guys continue?"
M: " That's enough, the poor kids they are embarrassed" my mom said and saved me
K: " Thanks Mom and also guys please don't talk about this to her, she I already embarrassed"
D: " Wow, boyfriend duties"
K: " I am going to get our bags from the car" saying that I left that place because I knew if I here any longer they not stop teasing
I quickly went and took our bags out and went upstairs and knocked on her door and she finally opened the door and I went inside and handed her bags
Jay: " It's all because of you" she said
Keifer: " What did I do?" I asked innocently
Jay: " Mark Keifer Watson don't try to act innocent" she said that and she was close to me and I will admit I got a little scared
Keifer: " Okay sorry, but you can relax because I asked them not to talk about"
Jay: " No, you don't understand, you did not introduce you as your girlfriend yet and they come home and find us in that position"
Keifer: " Jay, relax they are my parents and they already know that we have feelings for each other"
Jay: " but still" and I hugged her
Keifer: " it's okay things like this happen"
Jay was in my hug then she pushed me and s said, " This all because you and you know what I am not going to give you any kisses here"
Keifer: " Hey, this not fair and how is it my fault that my parents walked in on us"
Jay: " I don't care we have to be careful and I am not taking any risk" saying she pushed me out of my room and closed the door.
What was I supposed do now, I went to my room and freshened up and came back to notice Jay was standing in front of her room.
Keifer: " Jay, why are standing here? You could have gone down"
Jay: " Keifer, I feeling nervous and shy"
Keifer: " why it's just my parents"
Jay: " You don't understand"
Keifer: " Okay, fine I will be with the whole and make sure you are better" she smiled and nodded.
We both went downstairs and my parents were seated,
my dad said the most shocking thing next
Dad: "Your girlfriend is waiting for you in the living room"
And I could feel the glare from Jay Jay without even looking at her and I don't why my dad said that.
