The transition from grainy Found Footage to crystal-clear 4K reality was jarring.

"My resolution is back!" Aldren Vance cheered, inspecting his reflection in one of the thousand mirrors lining the walls. "And look! My pores are invisible. This lighting is exquisite. It is the lighting of a vanity table!"
"Don't look at the mirrors," Li Wusheng warned, keeping his eyes fixed on the floor. "In psychological horror, the reflection does not always obey the laws of physics. It reveals the Shadow Self."
"The Shadow Self?" Ignis (Spectral Hound) barked at a mirror. His reflection didn't bark back. It growled, revealing teeth that were definitely not dog teeth.
"Ignis, heel," Elara Vance commanded, grabbing the ghost-dog by his spectral collar.
