Chapter 30 - "Intruder's entanglement"

--Hmm... Murat, yes? "Oh I am here" a beat, the man's eyes flickered out the glass railing kept balcony, outside the dark night of Cappadocia which laid before him. A gentle breeze tugged at him as he zoned out--though the intermit voice of his boss bought him back."Baris... tonight, complete this mission and ask anything from me" The raven haired man's lips curled. "Of course, boss--it will be done as you wish" His eyes then traveled down where he saw a car pull up. "They are here"...

"Saray Konak" the text on the billboard glimmered like stars, proudly. The hotel outside was indeed magnificent, with its 30 floors and gilded glass structure. The place shone.

Both Ayse and Nur made their way in. They had no guards by themselves as to not attract unwanted attention. Her eyes wandered, there was not a single soul except a by the front desk. She then caught the clock, it was exactly 12:30 AM.

Nur strode to the receptionist, he conversed on the phone still, just handing the lady his card. Her eyes lit up, "Y-You are... Nur Hakan?" Ayse quickly looked at him. He paused for a second then gave her a glare. Her seeing that--she smiled, awkwardly and swiped the card.

Ayse's brows shot up in amusement, "So, he does that with everyone...? her eyes narrowed, interesting, I learn something new about him everyday" She thought to herself. Just then, he called for her. She turned and walked to him.

Her steps were slow, her eyes being everywhere as she then finally stood in front of him. "Tomorrow is the meeting, I want to see you ready at 8:00 clock in the morning, sharp.

Ayse's hazel eyes flickered, she then looked to see his hand. He had the key to her room. She reached for it and took it, there hands brushed. Just slightly. His eyes went back to her yet she didn't look at him. "I will"... she says dryly, "Hakan"... a whisper. He nods-then off she went.

Ayse quickly reached her room which was right next to his. She frowns at that--but still grateful to the fact that, at least, they didn't have to share the room. She entered it and closed the door behind.

upon entering the washroom, she quickly peeled of the veil and wore a loose, white robe and stepped out. Her eyes darted over the dim lights of the cozy room. Knowing the meeting and her not having her maid means that she has to get up extra-early to get ready.

She strode to her bed--palming the soft surface. Her head then turned to the enormous windows which was draped by curtains. They barely constricted the moonlight from spilling in. She kept her lights on and laid on the mattress. Her head swirled from thoughts.. It's been 5 moths since their wedding. 5 months of living with a tyrant, 5 months of being away from her house.

Now laying on the bed, her gaze darted far out the gloomy room. She had never really slept alone. It's either with Zehra or other maid. The wind howled lowly as the drapes began to flutter. Ayse's breath caught. She clenched at the drape to her face. Murmuring prayers after prayers.

This wasn't new to her...

Weird shapes were beginning to emerge even when she closed her eyes. She sighed repeatedly and quickly sat up. Still clutching at the duvet. Ayse gazed out the window--her hair dropping to the bridge of her nose in the process as she then tucked it back.

Screw this"... she hissed a quickly got up. Still watching the window. There was no one, at least not until the second after--her heart nearly stopped. There, from outside the window was silhouette of disturbingly tall figure.

Ayse's face turned pale, "AN INTRUDER!! HELP! I DON'T WANNA DIE, NOT THIS SOON!!"

Meanwhile...

Nur Hakan sat, his suit discarded--only wearing a crisp, office shirt as he gazed at the col, computer screen. His eyes skimmed through the letters from the company documents. "Mert is back" he looked away from the screen then on. "He will try everything in his power to keep alive"

"Everything"...

He ran a hand through his tousled hair and leaned slightly back in the rolling chair. His eyes then went up. Then, the yelling... his brows creased right then and there. His eyes shot open--it was hers.

He quickly got on his feet and rushed out. He stood ready to barge in--though her door opened without command. Then he felt two nimble hands wrap around his torso. It was indeed her, Ayse.

She clutched at him like a stray cat as she pressed against his chest. "N-N... Hakan... t-there is s-someone... in m-my room" she choked out. "H-Hakan?" Though he only watched her, his eyes widened, his pulse were erratic. His entire body tensed. Never had a woman--except Eylul had been this close to him.

His eyes then fell to her raven locks, his mouth then parted dry when he saw them graze against his arm. She slowly lifted her face. Her brows still creased. He then hesitantly bought his hands up her face. The pad of his thumb grazed against it, once. Their eyes locked.

Ayse's warm browns and his sapphire orbs met. It was as if the time itself stopped. The image her then came to display.

Eylul...! Stop! Ah God!! Nur Hakan's voice came out panicked as she ran around the grass land of Cappadocia. Clutching on to the hem of her white robe--her golden locks fluttered. "What! Nur? come, catch me if you can!" she says with a mischievous curl of her lip.

Nur Hakan halted for a second, he tilted his head and simply smiled. "Well... if that's how you want to play this"...

Eylul Aksoy's smile faltered as she soon found her self slow down. Her Face was flushed in a light shade of pink. She then turned and walked towards a tree. Palming the rough bark, she stood. "He wouldn't find me here"... she murmured to herself. "Well... perhaps he could, no?" Eylul's eyes widened, her chest tightened. She then turned, only to be met with his insufferable face.. "What was that, Eylul? hmm?" she didn't reply. Even if she tried her words fell silent.

He then inched in closer, caging her. "Aren't you a little rebel...?" a beat, the blue of his eyes smoldered against her own. "Hmm... my little rebel" Eylul's heart faltered as he leaned in, she then shut her eyes, tight. Seconds passed, though nothing.

Her brows formed a soft crease. She then opened her eyes to see him smirk. "Deniz Hakan Nur"... she hissed lowly. Nur barely held his chuckle, "You really wanted that didn't you?" She said nothing and looked away.

-"Eylul Duru Aksoy, Bana bak, yuzume bak" (Look, look at my face) She did only slowly. Her lips was still held in a pout. "Since you wanted it that much, give me it"...

--Nur Hakan...! she shot him a look, mortified. Though he didn't budge. "What?"... "There is no sin in this dear"... She looked at him then heaved a sigh. "F-Fine"... a pause as she leaned. "B-But no tricks... this time." Nur gave an eager nod, then held his breath. Eylul inched in and planted her palm on his pectoral. Eclipsing a hiss from him.

N-Nur... she murmured. Clasping his face. He gazed at her. Her brows were creased as she with trembling hands undone the top two buttons of his shirt. There she saw a deep gash. Her hands shot up to her mouth as she choked out,

-N-Nur...? W-What is... she sobbed dropping her head. Her shoulders shuddered. (He clasped her face) "Hey... it is okay"...

He bought her closer to his chest as they then stood there in a war embrace.

-Now... (He blinked repeatedly) Ayse's lips parted dry when they both noticed their closeness. She quickly stepped back, looking away. Nur Hakan did the same. Grazing the back of his head.

I... (both says in unison)

Ayse tucks away lock behind her ear, "T-There seemed to be someone in m-my room or perhaps it was a silhouette" She murmured.

Hakan muffle yawned, then his eyes fell to her. Now clearer. "What exactly do you want me to do about it?" She looked away once again, her hands clenched to her sides. Which prompted him to look at her.

Nur, inched in, tilting his head. "Ayse... you are killing me... I have to get some sleep" he says dryly. She then sighed, mustering up the words, "C-Can... I... possibly sleep here?"

He pauses for a second, watching her, sensing every little clench of her fist. His lips curled, "Are you sure you want to sleep my "pathetic" bed" he asked, voice smooth. Ayse gave him a cutting glare. Though he only replied back with an amused smirk.

She let out a shuddering sigh, "My mistake for asking you"... she whispered under her breath, bitterly and turned. Just as she was about to leave

-"Ayse"... His voice comes-a lot softer.

She halts her steps and slowly looked back at him from above her shoulder.

"You can"...
