While standing in his tower Mitch noticed the commotion happening around Ronnie and using his binoculars he looked up closely.
After seeing some kind of problem Mitch jumped out of the watch tower immediately and ran towards the place where the commotion is taking place.

Mitch walked closer to Ronnie and checked on him to which Ronnie replied that he is fine.
After checking Ronnie himself, Mitch sent everyone to enjoy their time on the beach and then he walked closer to Arya.
Seeing Mitch, Arya just gave a smile and said, "Its the second time we are meeting today."
Giving chuckle to Arya, Mitch said, "Maybe its fate that wants us to meet."
"Well I do believe in fate and I can't deny about that." This reply of Arya made Mitch give a chuckle as well.
C.J., Ronnie and Dave who were also present there looked at both of them and C.J. asked Mitch if he knows the man who helped Ronnie.
After hearing her question, Mitch just gave her nod and told everything that has happened in the morning and how Arya had saved a life.
C.J. gave a smile to Arya and appreciated him deeply for helping someone and saving a life to which Arya just gladly accepted without any problem.
C.J. got back to her work after her Ronnie and Dave left as well with Dave returning back to the Huntley to his job.
With everyone gone Mitch extended his hand towards Arya the meaning of which Arya clearly knows after reading the mind of Mitch but he pretended to be confused and asked him, "What is the meaning of this ?"

Arya gave an expression of being dumbfounded as he couldn't understand what he needs to say at that moment. Of course all of it was all show for Mitch to see.
Giving in to his act, Mitch in a calm voice said, "Don't keep yourself under any burden for this matter. You are free to decline this offer. No forcing you."
Arya put on an act of thinking in which he thought for about some moments which put Mitch in an anticipation mode.
And after those moments have passed down Arya first in a serious face looked at Mitch and said, "Thanks for your offer that you have given. And my answer to that offer is..."
Mitch felt that he is standing on a path from where fifty - fifty chances are present for the answer that Arya can give.
In an instant all of his anticipation came to end and a smile appeared on his face when he saw Arya extending his hand towards his hand and clasped it together in a handshake gesture and said, "I will be glad to join this team."
Mitch was really happy and welcomed Arya and after this welcome from him, Arya introduced himself with his name and an identity that surprised Mitch.
