Travis is holding his hand, fingers laced as they talk, and Day doesn't want him to leave.
Not even when the ten-minute break is up, and the professor comes back in.
"Oh," he says when he notices the old man at the front of the class, the PowerPoint powered right back up. "Looks like he is back."
"Can I stay here for a while?" Travis asks him, and Day almost hugs him.
But, he contains his excitement and nods, Travis lying on the desk, facing him.
"I'm going to look at you then, as you study and be good," he says, and Day blushes from the tip of his ears all the way down.
"I am always good," he whispers, biting his lip.
Yes, he is good. But Travis makes him want to be something else.
Something really, really bad, only for him and with him.
"I know," the smile Travis gives him makes his heart flutter. It's a different kind this time.
This one goes to his heart, and he wants to hold Travis, be in his arms, and just kiss.
