Chapter 136 - Chapter 136: A Different Way

"It's no trouble at all, as long as you don't forget our promise, Yuu."

For Ayako Suzuki, this wasn't just work. The thought of showing off such an incredible boyfriend to her close friends and classmates filled her with a sense of pride she had never felt before.

"That brings me to the second reason I wanted to meet you today." Yuu chose his words carefully. "I've been looking into your social circles lately, and it seems something terrible happened in your club."

Ayako's heart fluttered at the first half of his sentence, but his follow-up made her hand shake, nearly spilling coffee onto her lap. She lowered her gaze, her voice tinged with sadness. "Are you talking about Atsuko's suicide?"

"Yes. Atsuko Doumoto was a brilliant writer. It's a tragedy..." Yuu genuinely admired her talent; a young woman of such character and skill deserved better than the hand she was dealt. Unfortunately, she had trusted the wrong people, and her fragile mental state couldn't handle the betrayal.

"Why bring this up now, Yuu?" Atsuko had been Ayako's favorite member of the club. She was bright, talented, and kind—nobody could understand why she would suddenly take her own life. Others, like Ryoichi Takahashi, had never stopped searching for the truth.

"I had my doubts about the suicide, so I did some digging. I found something..." Yuu explained how Chikako Ikeda had plagiarized Atsuko's work, driving her to despair. He also mentioned that some club members were planning to use the upcoming reunion to stage a bloody revenge.

Ayako immediately grasped his meaning. "You want me to cancel the reunion?"

"Yes. But I also want you to use the Suzuki family's influence to expose Chikako's plagiarism and her role in Atsuko's death." Yuu nodded. He didn't care if Takahashi got caught, but he couldn't stand Chikako profiting off Atsuko's lifeblood while feeling zero remorse.

"I understand," Ayako said heavily. "I'll cancel the trip. Once I have proof, I'll make sure Chikako pays for what she did."

"That might be difficult," Yuu noted. "Atsuko killed herself precisely because there was no proof left."

Ayako went silent. They were classmates; she didn't want to use ruthless corporate tactics, but if the law couldn't touch her, she would find another way. "I'll handle it."

After she left, Yuu waited for a system notification, but nothing came. Perhaps the event hadn't officially been "resolved" yet because the original date hadn't arrived.

He spent the rest of his day signing up for a driving school. Relying on Seimi to drive him everywhere wasn't practical. He had held a license in his previous life, so after a few practice rounds to familiarize himself with the local rules, he was ready for the exams.

The new week began, and Yuu returned to Teitan High. In the chaotic timeline of this world, it felt like forever since he had actually been on the job. Since Eri Kisaki was still under observation for one last day, Ran was absent.

Sonoko Suzuki thought she finally had Yuu all to herself. She was already planning a risky midday tryst in an empty classroom when a certain someone crashed the party: Sayuri Matsumoto.

After the incident with Toshihiko, Sayuri had taken some time off. However, she quickly grew bored and annoyed by her father's constant nagging, so she returned to work. But because of the Destiny Chain, her life was a mess. She couldn't stand being near other men, and just as she was considering resigning, the source of her "problem" appeared.

Knowing Yuu was back at the high school, she marched over from the middle school department in a fury. Or at least, she tried to stay furious. The moment she saw him, her body's desperate craving for his touch overruled her anger.

Yuu looked at her—now wearing sharp glasses and carrying an air of professional authority—and felt a spark of interest. "Sayuri? What are you doing here?"

"If you won't come to me, I have to come to you!" Sayuri huffed. "It's been over a week. You haven't called, haven't visited... and now I can barely function at work. What are you going to do about it?"

Yuu felt a pang of guilt. He had been so busy with the beach trip and the new girls that he'd neglected the beautiful music teacher. "I'm sorry. What do you want me to do?"

Sayuri's anger vanished at his apology. She grabbed his hand, a blush creeping onto her stern face. "Come with me."

"Sayuri-sensei... I'm still here, you know," Sonoko's voice drifted over, making the teacher jump.

Yuu gave Sonoko a look, silently telling her he'd handle it. "Sonoko, go back to class. I need to help Sayuri-sensei with something."

Sonoko was disappointed—she'd wanted to try something daring like rooftop exposure today—but she sighed and gave in. "Fine, fine. Don't take too long."

The moment Sonoko was gone, Sayuri dragged Yuu toward the girls' restroom. She checked to ensure no one was watching and pulled him into a private stall, locking the door behind them. Teitan was a high-end private school; the restrooms were cleaner and more luxurious than most apartments.

"I asked what you wanted to do, but I didn't mean this," Yuu joked, watching as she locked the door. "We're at school, Sayuri. Someone could walk in."

Sayuri didn't answer. She hiked up her skirt, peeled down her black lace panties, and spread her legs. "It's your fault for staying away. The moment I saw you, I started leaking. You have to take responsibility."

She was blushing furiously, her juices already dripping down her fingers. Just being watched by Yuu was enough to push her over the edge. She let out a soft whimper as a fresh wave of wetness soaked her hand.

Yuu was stunned. She was this desperate after only a week? But then he remembered she had offered herself to him at her own wedding. The woman was insatiable for him.

"I'd be honored to serve you, Sensei," Yuu teased, leaning into the roleplay. The thrill of the setting hit him instantly. He pulled her voluptuous body close and began to devour her mouth.
