The Titan King heard a voice inside his head, distorted like an old radio transmission:
"Sir, I am the System Scholar. There is someone on Earth who wishes to meet you to make a deal. His name is Steven Jill."
Then the connection was abruptly cut off.
Not long after, the Titan King returned to his human form. Dense fog enveloped him, and from within it emerged Scarlet King, once again dressed in his familiar black attire. He stepped forward and stood before Liu Zai Hang, asking with feigned respect:
"Master, I have important matters to attend to outside the sect. Do I have permission to leave?"
Liu Zai Hang responded enthusiastically, ruffling Scarlet King's hair with a laugh:
"You little troublemaker! You appear with such a terrifying transformation and don't even tell your master—how was I supposed to prepare food and enjoy watching this incredible evolution?"
He then placed his hands on his hips and continued in a slightly calmer tone:
"Fine. You may leave tomorrow—but I'll go with you as well. Your personal mission sounds interesting, doesn't it? This old master wants some excitement."
Scarlet King replied coldly:
"The mission is boring."
Liu Zai Hang laughed and shook his head.
"Alright, alright—I take that back. I won't go with you."
Elder Da Fu stepped forward and stood before Scarlet King, his expression a mixture of curiosity and suspicion:
"What in the name of darkness and light is that thing, Gu Yue?"
Scarlet King met Da Fu's gaze with icy calm and answered:
"When we were inside the Cosmic Cave, the master of that cave appeared and granted me this transformation before disappearing completely. It was a spiritual projection of him, and this evolution is the result of the power he bestowed upon me."
Scarlet King smiled faintly, fully aware that Da Fu did not entirely believe his explanation—yet could not completely refute it either.
Scarlet King then turned toward Lin Yuan and asked:
"Do you want to return to Earth with me?"
Lin Yuan nodded without hesitation, agreeing to go with Scarlet King.
However, Liu Zai Hang immediately refused. He pointed at Lin Yuan and said firmly:
"You and Long Wei will be going to the Punishment Division tomorrow. Therefore, you won't be able to accompany Gu Yue to that place called Earth."
