Within a few days, the bite marks on Noel's body began to fade. Even so, the marks were still quite red on his body. This made Regis feel a little surprised and suspicious, because Noel often wore long-sleeved shirts even inside the house.
He knew his younger brother's habits very well. Noel never wore long sleeves inside the house. Unbeknownst to him, beneath his clothes were many bite marks from Noel's lover.
"Aren't you feels hot? It's quite hot today, but you keep wearing long sleeves like that. Are you okay?" he asked at the time.
"I'm fine. I just want to wear this shirt," replied Noel defensively, but Regis decided not to suspect him too much.
He tried to ease his suspicion of Noel, not wanting to further damage their good relationship. Remembering that his suspicion always made his relationship with Noel worse. It made it difficult for him to trust his own younger brother.
