Uchiha Setsuna inherited Madara's will and ideology, was extremely dissatisfied with the Second Hokage's policies for governing the Uchiha Clan, and always longed to reclaim sovereignty from the Senju Clan. He was a staunch member of the hawk faction.
Later, he incited Uchiha Clan members to rebel and cause trouble, which was noticed by the Second Hokage.
