How did the Uchiha Clan end up with such a clan head?
Uchiha Fugaku's personality was primarily indecisive; he lacked any resolve in his actions.
As the clan head, when his clansmen clamored for rebellion, he was caught in the middle, unable to make a decision.
Later, when he learned that Uchiha Itachi had taken on the mission to exterminate the clan, he actually felt a sense of relief.
