When the people in the restaurant heard Li Xuan's words they couldn't help but give him strange looks.
Whispers erupted, and the table they were seated on became the focus of attention.
Even so, Li Xuan didn't pay them any heed.
"Are men nowdays this shameless?" A woman couldn't help but complain.
"Right! In this time and age someone still dares to ask for dowry!"
Hearing the discussions all around, even some men outwardly appeared embarassed for Li Xuan, but inwardly praised his courage to say such words.
Meanwhile on the table Li Xuan was seated.
"What do you want?" She asked wearily.
"How old are you?" When he asked this question it wasn't loud, but everyone in the inn watching this comedy kept silent waiting for the response.
"Why?" She asked.
"Nothing! We can't have an old cow wanting to eat tender grass now can we?" Li Xuan replied in a relaxed manner, causing everyone listening to erupt into laughter.
Even the owner couldn't hold out her laugh.
She felt this man was not serious. He still had the nerve to ask that lady her age claiming she was an old cow.
"Since you don't say let's not dwell on it too much. Here is the deal, at the moment, I'm planning to get something and since you have recovered, it's not a bad idea to have your help." When Li Xuan said this, he had already stood up.
"Where are we going?" She stood up and asked as she followed.
"To collect some treasure, but that can wait, lets go and change your clothes, not very convenient. But I'm curious about something. What is your name!" Li Xuan indeed didn't feel it was appropriate to roam around with someone whose name he didn't even know.
"Gong Feng Shi!" She replied.
"Oh! Feng Shi then!" Li Xuan felt this name was suspicious but didn't dwell on it. What wss important was having something to call her.
Meanwhile in the cafe they had just left, discussion was ongoing.
"Young men nowdays are so pretentious!" A middle-aged man complained.
"Hehe! What pretentious? That young man has adapted to the times and developed his own love language. Don't you see the goddess chose to follow him by herself." Another man rebuked.
The whole place burst into discussions, while Li Xuan and Feng Shi had already walked towards the cloth shop.
He discovered the car was still packed outside. Clearly those four sisters of his were still shopping.
"These little witches are definitely trying to empty my bank account." He complained jokingly.
Turning back, he looked at Feng Shi and said, "Let's go in! Collect something comfortable, we are going to collect something in a dangerous environment. Your clothes don't seem too convenient."
The moment he stepped inside, a familiar voice came from the side.
"Young master!"
He saw uncle Wei sitting by the counter.
"Uncle Wei! I'm just here to collect some pairs of clothes for a friend, I still have something to handle. After you are done, just take them home. Don't wait for me!" Li Xuan spoke as he mentioned at Feng Shi.
"Come with me!" He called her and walked over the other side.
Numerous collections of sweat pants were stationed.
On the right female jeans and leather trousers were also displayed.
"Select something. Preferably a few more pairs." Li Xuan was indeed being practical, but this woman didn't even look at the clothes he pointed to.
She collected a leather jacket and skirt as well as boots.
Before his stunned eyes, she went to the other side of the female dresses and collected a few.
"Huh!" Li Xuan had seen this kind of expression in his sister's eyes when selecting clothes.
He waited for half an hour, but at the end of the day, she wasn't done.
"Is this Feng Shi really reliable?" He turned towards Uncle Wei with a helpless expression.
"Young master! Come and sit down! It should take some time!" Uncle Wei gave him some friendly advise.
Li Xuan on the other hand felt regretful about bringing her in.
He didn't really have all day to sit and wait for them to try on dresses like Uncle Wei.
"Uncle Wei! Take care of miss Feng's bill for me! I have something urgent and can't sit here waiting for her too long! By the way, remember to tell her I agreed to the deal before as such, she should just travel with you back home. We'll make arrangements once I'm back." Li Xuan was indeed impatient.
Ever since he discovered the presence of Feng Shi he couldn't just sit by and think the other treasures he knew of in his previous life couldn't be recognized.
He took out his phone and opened a taxi app. After booking, he walked out of the shop.
A minute later, a white taxi appeared, and Li Xuan got in.
The driver was a middle-aged man. He talked too much, but Li Xuan didn't mind.
"Young man! You seem like someone that has just completed college!" The man asked.
"Uncle is indeed right!" Li Xuan on the other hand just went along.
"Sigh! My daughter is also your age. She is still looking for a place to enter an internship." The middle aged man said with a smile.
Clearly he was happy with his daughter.
"Perhaps you should tell her to try out in the fitness industry. If she can gain a foothold there, her future would be limitless." Li Xuan replied casually.
"Hehe! That daughter of mine is too fragile and book worm. How can she handle such a tough job?" The man appeared embarrassed.
"Who do you think has to help those in that industry handle accounts and even give guidance on means to attract more customers. As long as your daughter has what it takes in knowledge, why would it be difficult?" Li Xuan replied calmly, only to see the middle-aged man becoming thoughtful.
"Young man! What about you? What are your plans?" The middle-aged man asked.
"I have decided to help my parents manage the farm. After all I only have sisters and none of them are interested in such work." Li Xuan replied without even blushing as he threw dirty water on his sisters.
They actually dared to empty his savings while he was being very conservative in use over the years. This little dirty water was not a big deal.
"Not bad young man! It seems you see things more clearly. Nowdays its not necessary to work in big companies, even farms can support your living." The middleaged man seemed even more refrehed as he talked.
Before they knew it, he was at the destination.
After settling the bill using mobile payment, Li Xuan walked out of the taxi.
The Taxi driver was in a good mood especially after he received a tip.
"Young man! Have a nice day!" He shouted as he left.
Li Xuan on the other hand, just smiled slightly, as he turned towards desolate temple before him.
"Emei Sacred Ground! This place became a restricted area by those alien women after they took control of that thing on the top. I'm determined to take it away, after all having an ability of endless regeneration is just too tempting especially for someone like me who takes the path of body cultivation." Li Xuan muttered as he walked up the cracked stone steps.
Meanwhile in the clothes store.
After Feng Shi finished trying on various clothes, she remembered she had even forgotten about Li Xuan. She blushed slightly.
Walking out, Uncle Wei smilled at her, "Miss Feng! Young master said I should pay for all the clothes you selected and take you home along with his sisters. What you agreed on can be discussed when he returns!"
Feng Shi looked at the old man and remembered Li Xuan calling him Uncle Wei.
"Okay!" She didn't see Li Xuan and could only nod.
Uncle Wei turned to the assistant, "Well be taking all the clothes she tried on!"
The assistant became very active after hearing this words. Feng Shi was shocked as she saw clothes being brought out in shock.
'I actually tried on this many clothes!' she was embarrassed.
As if seeing her embarrassment, Uncle Wei spoke, "Miss Feng shouldn't worry too much! Young master isn't lacking this small amount of money to pay off clothes. Besides, your collection is nothing compared to his sisters."
Indeed! Just as he was speaking, assistants arrived carrying handbags, shoes, jewelry finally clothes.
Just looking at it, Feng Shi understood why Uncle Wei said what she had taken was nothing.
When the clothes had all been paid for and being arranged in the car, the sisters finally remembered their brother.
"Uncle Wei! Brother has not come back yet?" Li Hongli asked.
"Your brother said he had something important to do and told me to take you all five home after you finished your shopping." Uncle Wei answered.
"All five of us?" The four sisters were puzzled until they realized a woman standing by the side.
Only two had a strange expression as though she seemed familiar, but couldn't completely remember when they had seen such a beautiful woman.
"Uncle Wei! Is this our sister in-law?" The eldest of the sisters asked with a smile.
