Daniel stepped into his room and carefully placed the bamboo steamer atop a pot of boiling water, the rising steam curling into the air. Meanwhile, Tressa sank onto the bed with quiet composure, her gaze fixed unwaveringly on every movement he made.
"How long will it take, Daniel?" she asked with a curious expression.
"Just a few minutes Aunt," he replied calmly.
Then, without warning, a wild idea sparked in his mind.
"Aunt, can you help me with this?" Daniel asked with a neutral expression.
Tressa leaned forward. "Of course. Just tell me what to do."
Daniel instructed her to place ten meat pouches on each layer of the bamboo steamer carefully, while he held the top layer steady.
Tressa nodded happily and stepped forward to help. She lifted the wooden plate piled with raw meat pouches, each dusted generously with flour to keep them from sticking, and placed them carefully onto the steamer.
'Hehe… now time to execute my plan,' he thought, a sly smirk tugging at his lips.
