Elira steadied herself and opened the book, settling calmly on her soft palms.
"Ahm… Daniel," She murmured, clearing her throat with a subtle hitch, her gaze locked on the book intentionally. "Before I start teaching you, is there anything you want to ask?"
Daniel paused for a moment, his eyes, however, betrayed him drifting on her boobs beneath her usual white robe with a leather belt tied around her waist.
"Umm… I do actually," he said with a neutral expression.
"What is it?" she asked, lifting her eyes.
Their stares collided once more. Elira felt the warm heat bloomed through her veins to her whole body.
"How do you actually summon fire with your bare hands?" He asked, his brow furrowed. "Plus, can I also summon elements like you?"
Elira wrenched her gaze back to the book. She felt a little uncomfortable speaking when her eyes met Daniel's.
"Y-yes, you can… actually. But only if you pass the trials." she said, her voice silk and soft as the robe against her skin.
"But why after the trials?" Daniel asked leaning forward, his fingers resting on his chin.
Elira smiled softly.
"I know you have a lot of questions, young man. In my time, I had to slay two flame-beast wolves to pass the trials," She said with a soft voice. "But now, it's completely different. The methods have been changed, and I don't have any clue how they conduct trials in recent years."
Daniel's eyes narrowed to silts, his ears listening her words carefully.
Elira on the other hand, purposefully half-revealed the information, just enough to tantalize without spoiling too much. She hadn't lied but also hadn't reveal the full picture.
Elira believed, revealing more information than necessary could shatter a young soul's journey.
"Daniel, look at my palm closely." Elira instructed, extending her right hand upward.
*Whoof*
"Did you see that?" she asked.
"See what?" Daniel said, tilting his head in confusion.
With a flick of her wrist, she quenched her flame and summoned it anew.
*Whoof*
"Did you see it?" Elira said, her voice calm and steady.
"No…" Daniel shook his head in frustration. "What gives?"
Elira told him that if he carefully watched it, he would see that the spark birth itself from nothing, before it covers her palm in flame.
*Whoof*
Elira summoned it once more.
This time, Daniel caught it what she was trying to show him.
"I saw it… Lady Elira," he said with an excited expression. "But I've one more question.
Doesn't it cost anything? I mean everything comes at a price, right?"
Elira nodded. "Yes, absolutely.
Basically, summoning elements costs mana. And normally it replenishes at midnight."
"What if mana runs out before then?" Daniel asked.
"No problem, we can just drink mana potions and refill it." Elira replied with a smile.
Every time Elira tried to explain things, she glanced at him but quickly averted her gaze away. Daniel sensed his voodoo effect was doing its job, yet he didn't rush it, waiting patiently for the perfect moment to strike.
He needed more information before leaping to any conclusions.
"Status" he said, his voice low.

Name: Elira Blair
Age: 28
HP: 1000/1000
Mana: 290/400
Essence: 100%
Quality: Outstanding
Description: A hardworking, calm woman who wants to be a true warrior. To Elira sex is merely a game, as no man has ever lasted more than two minutes with her.

'What! her mana… it drained so fast. Seriously?' he murmured inwardly.
"Lady Elira, I want to see your powers again" Daniel requested her eagerly.
"Sure." She shifted her legs, lifting one above the other before reigniting the flame in her palm again.
Daniel showed signs of interest toward her powers, looking closely and carefully.

Daniel smirked in his mind, his mind tasting a victory before he even claimed her. Then he dropped the unexpected question she wasn't ready for.
"Lady Elira, do you have any special abilities?" He asked with a curious expression.
Her mind whirled for a quick answer, she had underestimated him.
'Wait… this kid. I've never heard anyone ask me to show my abilities. How did he…?'
Normally whenever she was asked about her powers, she just demonstrated a fraction of it, and everyone opened their mouths in shock.
But seeing a young teenager asking specifically to show her true powers was something unimaginable for her.
She was utterly flabbergasted by him.
"You know… I'm impressed, Daniel," She said, pride swelling at her chest like a rising flame. "Come outside, let me show you the real magic."
They stood up in a perfect sync and walked outside onto the sun-dappled grass field. Daniel stood beside her, close enough to smell her sweet scent.
She exhaled deeply, relaxing her mind.
From both hands she summoned fire from thin air and merged it into one fire ball. Her silky blonde hair waved in the air, her eyes sharp with a serious look.
She lifted her palm and shot the fireball skyward in the empty space, piercing the air before dissolving in the atmosphere.
*WHOOOOSH!*
"Woah…" Daniel jaw slackened, his eyes widening in astonishment.
Elira showed him, her classic signature fireball ability.
Next, she summoned five small fire wisps that hovered and swirled around her waist in circles. It's her defensive ability.
Although it's a defensive ability, it worked in quite in the opposite way. Since fire cuts fire. Offense was the greatest defense.
She also kept explaining to Daniel in between, about the flaws and aggressiveness of the firepower.
No plants were burned or harmed, she calculated everything precisely and vanished her fire before it touched anything.
Minutes later Elira stopped. She showed some of her abilities. As a self-proclaimed warrior, a true warrior never reveals her trump card, only in live or death situations.
"I hope you learned something new, Daniel." Elira said, a faint sheen of sweat glistened on her forehead.
"Yes… yes Lady Elira. It was so… cool and awesome to see" Daniel said, surprised.
Meanwhile, for the sake of education, she deliberately drained every last drop of her mana, knowingly.
