Just like the Water Dragon Bullet and Water Formation Wall improved by the Second Hokage, Lightning Release: Chidori only requires three hand signs, while Chidori requires five.
Sasuke was incredibly excited. An A-Rank Ninjutsu! How many Ninja in the Ninja World knew an A-Rank Ninjutsu?
