As we went up to the helicarrier's deck with Captain and Banner, we could see Iron Man flying towards New York.
We waited for Natasha and Barton, boarded them onto the Quinjet, and departed for New York. I contacted my house in New York and told them that a big problem seems to be happening in Manhattan, so everyone should stay inside and wait. The house is in the outskirts of New York, so there's some distance from Manhattan, so as long as they don't go outside, there shouldn't be any trouble.
After finishing the call home, I approached Barton and greeted him.
"You're Natasha's friend, Clint Barton."
"Nice to meet you, Jin. You're Natasha's boyfriend, right?"
Barton and I shook hands.
"Yeah, seems like it now."
At my words, Natasha, who was piloting the Quinjet, smiled slightly, seeming pleased. Barton also exchanged greetings with Captain and Banner.
Thus, arriving in Manhattan aboard the Quinjet, we could see a portal opening and numerous Chitauri troops descending through it. Iron Man, in a new suit, was dealing with enemies in the air, but the numbers were so great that he was mostly running away and occasionally counterattacking.
Besides the flight units chasing Iron Man, many other flight units descended through the portal and began indiscriminately attacking Manhattan. Explosion sounds could be heard from all directions, and black smoke rose from everywhere.
Natasha piloted the Quinjet and started attacking the many flight units trailing behind Iron Man with the minigun mounted on the Quinjet.

After Natasha shot down a fair number of the air units following Iron Man, a communication came from Tony.
"-Why are you so late?"
"We came as fast as we could."
"-Anyway, help me out a bit."
"Trying my best!"
As the Quinjet flew and intercepted the aerial forces, the troops that were only chasing Iron Man also attached to the Quinjet. Despite Natasha's efforts, the Quinjet was bulky and sluggish in such evasive maneuvers, couldn't dodge the Chitauri beam attacks, took a direct hit to the wing engine that provided thrust, and began to crash.
Boom!
"Damn it! Hold on tight!"
The personnel aboard the Quinjet braced for impact by holding onto fixed safety bars or objects inside. Fortunately, it wasn't a very high altitude, so Natasha managed to adjust and land in the middle of the road.
Thud!
"Phew~ Is everyone okay?"
Looking around, no one seemed hurt. Captain said to Banner.
"Dr. Banner, there's no one to complain now if you get angry."
"Grrrr!"
Dr. Banner strained his whole body, trying to transform into Hulk. But aside from his skin briefly turning green and then reverting, there was no change.
"Uh, why is this happening?"
"Dr. Banner, transform into Hulk quickly. There's no time."
"Let me concentrate for a moment."
We quietly watched Banner. Banner tried again, straining his body, attempting to transform into Hulk.
"Grr! Come out! Come out, I say!"
'Don't tell me...'
Suddenly, Banner's face changed slightly to look like Hulk's, and he shouted in a thick voice.
"No~!"
At this critical time, just like in Infinity War, Banner couldn't transform into Hulk. I guess I hit him too hard.
'Wow~! This is a big problem. So what happens to the original story from now on...'
"Sorry, but I can't transform..."
"Then, unfortunately, Dr. Banner, please evacuate to a safe place for now, and everyone, follow me!"
We left Banner behind, exited the Quinjet, and moved towards Stark Tower. Looking at the portal, a Leviathan of immense size was descending. The Leviathan was shaped like an alien head without a torso, with a spine and wings attached, clad in armor-like metal, a large weapon that flew through the sky like a whale.
Captain, seeing that, as if he couldn't believe it and wanted to confirm if what he was seeing was real, asked Tony.
"Stark, do you see that?"
"-I see it, but even seeing it, I can't believe it."
As the Leviathan flew down near the city, the Chitauri troops aboard it jumped down and clung to buildings. Seeing that, Captain quickly gave orders.
"Ground troops are starting to come down. Let's split up, evacuate people, and block the ground troops."
"Understood."
I chose attack over evacuating people. Without Hulk, I had to be that active. In the sky, more and more Leviathans were descending.
"Ah, damn it. How did things get so messed up."
I took out a bunch of cards from my inventory, equipped them on my waist, infused some with mana, and moved around throwing them at the Chitauri ground troops.

There were guys shooting beams at me in between, but I easily dodged with [Observation Haki]. I truly felt how good [Observation Haki] is in a chaotic battle situation where you don't know where attacks will come from. While taking out ground troops like that, I also didn't forget to pick up the weapons they dropped and put them in my inventory.
Whenever a Leviathan flew by, I threw an iron sphere infused with energy to its limit like giving candy, one into its mouth, and blew up the Leviathan too. The destructive power of the iron sphere was on par with the Explosion Megumin used early on, so the Leviathan couldn't withstand it. However, when the Leviathan exploded, chunks of meat and metal fragments fell, turning the surroundings into a complete mess. I put the usable metals among them into my inventory.
Chitauri metal is a metal not found on Earth; it wasn't as strong as vibranium, but it was quite sturdy compared to metals obtainable on Earth. So I planned to collect a bunch this opportunity.
For guys attacking people inside buildings, I just threw iron spheres without energy infused to deal with them. The destructive power of [Throwing] from my immense strength was surpassing sniper rifle levels.
As I kept fighting and moving forward, I saw Captain, Natasha, and Barton fighting while herding ground troops, having unknowingly reached the front of Tony's Stark Tower. Especially Natasha's performance was outstanding; utilizing the biomuscle suit, she dodged enemy attacks, quickly closed in, delivered electric shocks or stabbed with a knife, showing strength and speed beyond human levels. Watching that, I, who made it, felt proud.
Natasha spotted me and said.
"Jin! Did you happen to bring my car? I've almost used up all the consumables."
"I called it expecting this."
I actually brought it in my inventory and took it out near Stark Tower in advance. When I sent a signal with my smartphone, Natasha's vehicle (Talaria No. 1), which was hidden with camouflage panels, flew over and landed on the road.
"See, I told you Jin makes this kind of stuff well."
Natasha went to the vehicle, took out bullets and various consumables from it, and replenished them into the small bags attached to her waist.
"Wow~ I don't know about other things, but I'm a bit envious of that vehicle. Can I get one of those later?"
Barton, watching that, seemed envious and said to me.
"I can give you one. If you leave SHIELD and come to our company."
"Hmm... That might be a bit difficult."
It's a vehicle I planned to support with when SHIELD collapses and reforms into the Avengers, so I made several, but I can't give them out now. Because of HYDRA.
"What about Dr. Banner? Still can't transform?"
"Yeah, he's hiding in Stark Tower."
Then, with a flash of lightning, Thor flew to us and landed. Thor had received a minor injury to his waist from Loki's trickery in Stark Tower, so he staggered slightly upon landing. Seeing that, Captain said.
"Thor, where are you hurt?"
"Just a little stab. Don't worry about it."
"How's the situation up there?"
"Can't break through the energy barrier surrounding the cube."
Then, Tony's urgent voice was heard.
"-We have to deal with the Chitauri forces first."
Natasha asked for a method.
"How?"
Captain answered Natasha's question.
"As a team!"
Thor said to Captain.
"I still have business with Loki."
Hearing that, Barton, as if he also had a lot against Loki, said.
"Oh yeah? Then get in line."
Captain tried to gather the team that was trying to split up again.
"Stop it! Right now, Loki will focus his forces on us. That's what we want. Without him, civilian casualties will increase."
Then, Tony's voice came through the earpiece.
"-Sorry, Jin, get ready! The party's about to start."
Despite Hulk's absence, Tony was herding a Leviathan and coming here. Whether because of the New Mexico incident or because of Hulk, Tony seemed to trust that I would handle it well on my own. Natasha, seeing the Leviathan following Iron Man, spoke with an absurd expression.
"What kind of party is that?"
I was equally taken aback.
"Damn it! No choice. I was trying to hide it."
I used the Eldritch Magic from the [Mystic Arts] spell I learned in Kamar-Taj to create a giant circular saw in the air and threw it at the Leviathan. The saw rotated and moved forward, splitting the Leviathan in half. The Leviathan, like a train running in two directions, approached us, splitting left and right with us at the center. Due to its size and speed, it kept pushing in from both sides for a long time before finally hitting buildings and stopping.
Captain and the others seemed extremely shocked by that sight, opening their mouths and staring without a word. Then, breaking the silence, Tony said.
"-I knew Jin was hiding something, but I didn't know it was this. Tell me sooner next time."
"I had my reasons for hiding it. Buy me a drink after this is over."
"-I'll buy you one anytime for something like this. I can even give you a bath in alcohol."
Natasha also looked at me and said.
"Seems like we'll have a lot to talk about after this is over, don't you think?"
"Maybe?"
Then, the shrieks of Chitauri combatants could be heard from the surroundings, and we could see countless Chitauri troops pouring out from the portal in the sky. Iron Man also temporarily stopped fighting, flew to us, and said to Captain.
"Give the order, Captain."
"Alright, listen up. We have to lock this place down until that portal is closed."
Captain gave instructions to each member.
"Barton, go to the top, keep watch on everything, and figure out their operational radius."
"Got it."
"Stark, you take the perimeter. Anything trying to go more than three blocks out, either drag them back or eliminate them."
Barton asked Iron Man for a favor.
"Can you give me a lift?"
"Hold on tight, Legolas."
Iron Man grabbed Barton and flew to the top of a building.
"Thor, reduce the number of guys coming through the portal. Fry them with lightning."
Thor also received Captain's order and flew to a tall building with a good view of the portal.
"Natasha and I will continue engaging on the ground. And Jin, please deal with those big guys."
Captain entrusted me with handling the Leviathans.
"Understood. Natasha, be careful."
"Yeah. You too, Jin."
I started moving around the area again, throwing cards at Chitauri and feeding candy to Leviathans to take them out. Of course, I kept collecting weapons and metals. While taking out numerous troops, I moved towards Stark Tower. Without Hulk, I also had to deal with Loki myself.
"I have no idea how much the original story will get twisted."
Then, I got a call from Tony.
"-Jin! Don't tell me you have more hidden things? It's getting more dangerous."
Now that I think about it, even though I fought really hard, the troops showed no sign of decreasing and only increased. Not just Tony, but the other sides seemed to be in a similar situation.
"This is driving me crazy. I didn't want to bring this out. Minerva! Send the thing I was making as a hobby."
"[Understood, Master.]"
Suddenly, a giant robot, 18 meters tall, flew from the sky and landed in Manhattan. That robot looked exactly like the First Gundam.
"-Oh my god! I knew it! Jarvis, quickly take a picture and send it to Rhodey!"
Tony's excited voice came loudly through the earpiece.
It was the Gundam I made by squeezing out a little time. Just because of one joke I made, the press kept bothering people about the Gundam, so I made it while modifying the helicarrier this time.
Of course, it was different from a real Gundam. Things like beam sabers were possible if using nanotech future technology, but due to concerns about technology leaks, I just equipped it with an ultrasonic vibration knife made of special alloy on its back and put an artificial intelligence instead of a human, so it could move without issue even with large motions. The beam rifle was made using repulsor beam technology; the power was good, but the range was complete trash.
But it wasn't just a Gundam in form. It could even fly, and its movements were very natural. Plus, I paid attention to its defense during production.
Thus, the First Gundam, emitting golden light from its eyes, holding a shield and beam rifle, began jumping around Manhattan, hunting Leviathans and stomping on Chitauri to blow them up.
