"Make way, make way!!!"
By the time Celine exited the hotel, there was a crowd of media and people rushing outside.
"Oh my God, that is the most beautiful diamond ring I have ever seen!" Someone squealed among the crowd.
"I can't believe it, I just witnessed the engagement between Erica Williams and Tristan Grayson!" Said another voice.
A single name made Celine's footsteps pause. It felt like the night wind blowing against her skin suddenly got chillier.
Engagement?
When Celine turned, her view was that of the crowd. But far beyond that she saw a woman, her eyes shone so brightly one would think she had stars in them, she was waving happily to the crowd while some photographers at the front took pictures of a beautiful glistening diamond ring on her finger which she seemed to deliberately flash to their gaze.
That was her... Erica Williams.
Behind Erica, there was a shiny black limousine, within which she caught sight of a sharp familiar profile.
