"Lord Hokage, welcome to Sunagakure." Orochimaru smiled and said, "I thought you would arrive during the third round of the Chunin Exams, but I didn't expect you to come so early."
Orochimaru still finds Danzo becoming the Fifth Hokage somewhat surreal.

"The Chunin Exams are being held in Sunagakure for the first time, so of course I had to come and see them as soon as possible."
Danzō Shimura removed the Hokage hat and smiled at Orochimaru.
