The death of this Vanguard Fighter pilot didn't draw much attention from Felix.
Controlling the White GINN, he executed aerial rolls to evade bullets fired from behind, then assumed an inverted position to return fire. His lightning-fast reflexes and firing speed completely overwhelmed the Vanguard Fighter pilot attempting to ambush him. Before the enemy pilot could maneuver his fighter out of the way, the bullets had already struck, directly hitting the aircraft's nose.
The tremendous kinetic energy carried by the bullets effortlessly tore through the fighter's nose. The pilot, who hadn't even fully activated his escape system, died instantly under the bullet barrage.
Boom!
An explosion echoed through the air.
The Vanguard Fighter transformed into a ball of flames before disintegrating into countless fragments that rained down toward the ground.
After eliminating this threat, Felix simultaneously engaged the Guuru's vector nozzles and attitude adjustment thrusters, enabling the White GINN to pivot in place while maneuvering leftward.
Machine cannon shells narrowly missed the White GINN as it moved.
The Vanguard Fighter pilot who had just fired watched as the White GINN closed in. Without hesitation, he gripped the control stick and executed rapid evasive maneuvers. He pulled up the aircraft's nose while banking left, attempting to turn and escape.
But as he maneuvered, the White GINN's Heavy Assault Machine Gun had already opened fire.
Bullets erupted from the barrel.
They pursued the fleeing fighter at speeds far exceeding the aircraft's maximum velocity.
Before the Vanguard Fighter could complete its turning maneuver, bullets struck its tail section.
Thick black smoke billowed out, followed immediately by a violent explosion.
After firing this shot, the White GINN maneuvered rightward, then angled its gun downward. The moment it dodged incoming shells, the weapon fired again, sending bullets diving at high speed toward the ground.
Boom!
The projectiles struck and destroyed an Electromagnetic Cannon Tank upon impact.
Following this attack, Felix continued his expert control. The White GINN's attitude adjustment thrusters combined with the Guuru's attitude adjustment thrusters and vector nozzles worked in concert, enabling the mobile suit to rapidly turn while simultaneously changing position.
The rotation allowed it to evade bullets fired from behind.
"Damn it! How can these Coordinators withstand such intense instantaneous G-forces!"
Watching the White GINN's maneuvers, the Vanguard Fighter pilot's face contorted in fury as he roared in frustration. A stubborn refusal to admit defeat rose within him. His hands worked the controls, disabling the fighter's limiters as he prepared to push beyond normal operational boundaries.
But halfway through his extreme maneuver, the terrifying instantaneous G-forces overwhelmed him, plunging him into temporary blackout. Everything before his eyes turned instantly dark.
Unable to see anything, he could only hear the urgent warning alarms blaring in his ears.
'I'm finished!'
Knowing he had failed to conquer the extreme conditions, he understood everything was lost.
As he abandoned the extreme maneuver and his vision cleared from the blackout, he saw everything displayed on his screen - but it was already too late.
His hand had only moved halfway to pull the ejection mechanism when bullets destroyed the Vanguard Fighter's nose.
The pilot perished in the ensuing aerial explosion alongside his aircraft.
While destroying this opponent, the White GINN executed a slight backward evasion maneuver, dodging shells fired from the left side before raising its weapon to return fire in that direction.
The first bullet fired was dodged by the alert Vanguard Fighter pilot, but the second one wasn't so easily avoided.
The bullet pierced through the Vanguard Fighter, causing it to explode.
After dealing with that one, Felix maneuvered the White GINN toward the other fighters.
Meanwhile, at the temporary command post of the Earth Alliance Forces' operation to retake Victoria Spaceport:
"How is our offensive progressing on the five fronts?" Lieutenant General Hope, the operation Commander, asked his Adjutant.
The Adjutant compiled the available feedback and reported to Hope.
"Commander, the situation has improved compared to before, but our soldiers' physical capabilities are far inferior to those Coordinators, which is hindering our advance."
"I don't need you to tell me that. Just report on the status of the five fronts," Hope replied with a frown, his tone stern. The Adjutant continued his report.
"The eastern, southeastern, southern, and western fronts, though suffering significant losses, are faring better than the northern front. The northern front has ZAFT's ace pilot, who alone is worth more than a dozen ZAFT soldiers and has inflicted heavy casualties on us."
"Damn Coordinator technology!" Hope snarled, slamming his fist on the armrest, his voice low and hoarse. After calming himself slightly, he issued an order.
"Reinforce the northern front. Let's see if this so-called ace can hold out against our additional troops."
"Yes, Commander!" Adjutant Horton replied.
The order to reinforce the northern front was quickly relayed to the deployed units. Vanguard Fighters slowly emerged from the hangars, forming three-plane squadrons that took to the skies. Within a short time, fifty fighters were airborne.
In addition to the fighters, part of the ground tank units mobilized, with dozens of tanks heading to the front lines.
On the northern front battlefield:
The White GINN dodged left in the air while turning backward, firing its Heavy Assault Machine Gun.
Boom!
A Vanguard Fighter was destroyed in an explosion.
After firing, the White GINN maneuvered rapidly through the air, evading attacks from multiple directions, and closed in on three Vanguard Fighters ahead. Before the three fighters could turn and retreat, it drew the Heavy Sword from its waist, swinging it to take down the three fighters one after another.
After eliminating them, the White GINN maneuvered backward nearly a hundred meters, dodging shells fired from the ground. It then opened fire with its Heavy Assault Machine Gun.
Rat-a-tat-tat!!
A stream of bullets shot from the barrel.
The bullets traveled along different trajectories, ultimately striking the ground and destroying one tank after another.
After this assault, Felix maneuvered the White GINN another dozen meters backward, avoiding attacks from both flanks, and raised the gun to fire at the sides.
Two bullets were fired in succession.
After these shots, the ammunition display screen showed the machine gun was now empty. Seeing this, Felix controlled the White GINN to reload.
The spent magazine was discarded downward by the GINN.
The precise parabolic throw sent the magazine landing directly atop a tank. Though it didn't destroy the tank outright, it successfully damaged the tank's mounted Electromagnetic Cannon.
Without its Electromagnetic Cannon, the tank lost all offensive capability. Facing this situation, the tank commander decisively ordered a retreat to the rear.
With the magazine reloaded, the White GINN dodged incoming fire and raised its gun to shoot forward.
Aiming complete, trajectory calibrated, plus Felix's personal handling. The bullet fired from the chamber, flying at extreme speed before ultimately destroying the fighter jet.
