Mom gave me her private number and I returned to the estate as I also gave her the address as well.
Once I got in I heard yelling as the guards let me in.
Gerold: How could you be so stupid?!
Amery: I'm so sorry!
Hope: What's going on?
Gerold: Amery has given my contracts to Joshua so now he has all my clients!
Hope: What?
I look at Amery like she is stupid, how could you give classified information to the enemy!
Amery: Dad, I'm sorry, I thought he loved me but he just used me!
Hope: Great, after your father said to end things, you go and make things worst which is just great.
Amery: I said I'm sorry!
Hope: Well that makes things better doesn't it?
I texted mom to tell her what happened as she responded immediately saying she'll handle it.
Hope: Well, I say we wait cause I have a feeling things are gonna get crazy.
I was right after that as my mom was coming to the Carnes Family to talk about the merge as she entered the house to sit at the table with Gerold.
Gerold: Hello Mrs. Danielle Thorn, I'm glad you could make it.
Mom: Like wise.
As that began as my mom covered on the things Amery fucked up with giving Joshua everything.
Once the partnership was official I walked in to see Gerold, Amelia, and Amery.
Amery: What are you doing, this is family business.
I ignored as she hugged me shocking the three of them.
Hope: Hey mom.
Mom: Hi, sweetheart.
Amelia: Your mother is Danielle Thorn?
Hope: Yeah, who do you think set this up to fix Amery's mistakes?
Gerold: Hope, we cannot thank you for all you are doing.
Hope: It's what family does for each other.
As Amery looked down to walk away silently as I followed after as she stopped outside.
Amery: You think I'm a joke don't you, a screw up you'll have to clean up after.
Hope: No, you made a mistake but it's fixed now, just make sure to use your head from now on.
