"Now, it's my turn to attack!"
BOOM!
The massive steel behemoth launched forward like a cannonball. The sheer force and pure kinetic energy created a pressure that made the air itself shriek.
Magneto, Erik Lehnsherr, narrowed his eyes.
Although he hated to admit it, that sleek silver armor genuinely made his heart pound.
"Hmph. You're a reckless piece of tin!"
Erik clapped his hands together, and instantly, countless twisted steel rebars and car wreckage from the surrounding ruins seemed to obey the call of an emperor.
They converged in front of him, forming a steel barrier several yards thick.
In his opinion, a physical attack? That was the most laughable thing.
However, the next second...
CRASH!!!
There was a deafening roar.
That steel shield, which could easily withstand a missile strike, was shattered like a crispy cookie under Tony's single punch!
A shower of metal fragments flew everywhere.
"What?!" Magneto's pupils contracted sharply.
The punch didn't stop. Carrying the terrifying brute force of ten thousand tons, it slammed straight into Magneto's magnetic force field.
THUD!
Magneto was blasted backward, plowing a deep trench in the ground. His purple and white suit was torn in several places.
"Vibranium... It's all Vibranium!"
Magneto gritted his teeth, a trickle of blood escaping his lips.
"You rich idiot!" (A strong cultural adaptation of "spendthrift" to fit the tone.)
Only an obscenely wealthy nation like Wakanda, combined with a reckless playboy like Stark, could create such an unreasonable, pure Vibranium armor!
"It's not over yet, old man!"
Tony didn't pause for breath, the pulse cannons on his armor's arms charging up.
But just then...
"ROAR—!!!"
A bestial bellow came from the side.
The Hulk, looking like an out-of-control green battering ram, leaped high into the air.
His enormous fists descended with a world-shattering momentum, aiming right for the Magneto who was still struggling to get up!
"Hulk! SMASH!!!"
Caught between a rock and a hard place, Magneto was genuinely desperate.
If that Green Giant hit him squarely, his old bones would likely shatter on the spot.
Embarrassing himself in front of Lord Frieza was one thing.
But if he couldn't even defeat these two Earthlings, how could he possibly keep his place in the Frieza Force?
How could he ever command a squad?!
"Enough! You pathetic gnats!"
Magneto roared, flinging his arms wide open.
In that moment, he seemed to be draining all his mutant energy.
WHOOSH—WHOOSH—!
The entire ruined Madison Square Garden trembled.
Steel rebars deep underground, buried pipes, and even the train tracks miles away groaned in protest.
"RISE!!!"
RUMBLE!
The ground cracked open, and thousands of tons of metal shot into the sky like a black tidal wave!
The reporters in the stands turned green with fear. If they got caught in that, there wouldn't be a speck left of them!
"Aah! Help!"
"Don't kill me! I'm just here to live stream!"
Just as the reporters thought they were doomed, a faint purple aura, like a giant soap bubble, silently enclosed the entire stands.
Any rubble or metal that hit the aura instantly slid off, like rain hitting glass.
In the sky, Frieza maintained his elegant, arms-crossed posture, merely twitching a finger.
"Well, well. They're useless trash, of course."
Frieza looked down at the terrified, screaming reporters below.
Hearing the constant [Fear Value +100] notifications ringing in his head, he was in a superb mood.
"But they are the Fear ATMs the Great King specifically left behind."
"It would be too much trouble to replace them if they got broken."
"Oh ho ho ho... Scream. Scream louder."
This feeling of watching a fight while collecting fear was simply exhilarating.
In the center of the battlefield, Magneto paid no mind to the fate of the reporters.
He controlled the tidal wave of metal, instantly engulfing the airborne Hulk.
"Get down!"
Countless steel beams, like living pythons, tightly wrapped around Hulk's limbs, torso, and neck.
CRUNCH!
Hulk was pinned hard to the ground, looking like a massive green mummy, trussed up by metal.
"ROAR! Hulk... can't move!"
Hulk struggled wildly.
But Magneto continuously reinforced and compressed the metal until its density exceeded that of tank armor.
Just as Magneto finally let out a sigh of relief—
BOOM!
Tony's attack arrived again!
But this time, it wasn't just Tony.
Apocalypse, who had been punched away earlier, finally crawled out of the wreckage.
Seeing Magneto under attack, the ancient mutant felt his chance to impress had arrived.
"I will not be humiliated again in the presence of the Great Lord!"
Apocalypse roared, his molecular structure instantly reassembling.
Giant-Sized Transformation!
In the blink of an eye, Apocalypse ballooned into a blue giant dozens of feet tall, like a mythological Titan descending upon Earth.
"Get out of the way, metal man!"
The giant Apocalypse swung his massive palm, simultaneously blasting Tony with a colossal telekinetic hammer blow.
Tony's armor alarms blared wildly, and he was flung backward by the terrifying force.
He tumbled through the air for several rotations before stabilizing himself.
"Shoot! Are these villains on steroids? Why is everyone hitting so hard?" Tony cursed.
The other side of the battlefield had also descended into chaos.
Cyclops, Scott Summers, appeared seemingly out of nowhere.
He removed his visor, and two wild beams of crimson energy shot from his eyes, aimed straight at Magneto.
"Die, you monster!"
But before his attack could land, a figure stepped in front.
Sebastian Shaw, the Black King!
He opened his arms, welcoming Cyclops's laser beams with a look of pure enjoyment.
"Delicious energy!"
Shaw's body acted like a bottomless pit, absorbing the energy completely, then he instantly fired an energy blast back.
"Watch out!"
Captain America, Steve Rogers, performed a sliding maneuver, lifting his Vibranium shield to block for Cyclops.
CLANG!
The energy blast exploded, knocking both of them back several feet.
"Thanks, Cap."
"Stop talking and focus on the fight!"
At that moment, the air shimmered.
The Invisible Woman, Sue Storm, had used her invisibility field to sneak around behind Shaw, preparing a surprise attack.
But the Black King was a pioneer in energy manipulation.
"Little mouse, I can smell you."
Shaw suddenly spun around, punching into the empty space.
Sue was forced to reveal herself, quickly putting up a force field shield to brace against the Black King's blow.
Not far away, Spider-Man, Peter Parker, was swinging in on a web to provide support.
"Hey! Blue-collar guy over there—how about you stop picking on the lady?"
Just as Spider-Man shot out a web line—
SWISH!
A flash of silver claws slashed through the air, cutting the web.
A stunning, white-haired woman in skintight black leather intercepted him.
