Chapter 150 - Only Saw The Side Of Himself That Was Bothering Others

Thus, the mafia's main fighting force was severely depleted, with only a handful of capable individuals remaining.

But Chrollo was not too concerned, for he knew that talent was never exhaustible.

Even if it seemed depleted on the surface, there were always places and methods to quickly replenish and fill the gaps.

Coincidentally, Chrollo knew of such a place to acquire talent.

That place was, of course… Meteor City.

Chrollo stood on the rooftop of a high-rise building, gazing at the floor-to-ceiling windows before him, where the city lights shone brightly.

"I've already contacted Elder Veyron; he'll be sending quite a few interested individuals to our side."

He smiled as he spoke to Luke over the phone: "Elder Veyron is very pleased and keeps praising us for knowing how to give back to Meteor City."

"It's no wonder he was so supportive of us before."

"And Father Lisores, after learning about our work and methods, also expressed his strong approval."

"He also relayed through Elder Veyron that we should visit the church next time we go back, as he misses us very much."

There's no place more suitable for finding brave, daring, and fearless fighters than Meteor City.

Meteor City is known for its fierce and ruthless nature. If they were the main fighting force of the mafia... then when they clash with the other Mafia Dons in the future, they would definitely give them a big surprise.

"Yes, I understand. I'll go see him when I go back."

Luke, on the other end of the phone, also laughed and said, "I miss him very much, too."

Meteor City has plenty of manpower.

As a place with nearly ten million people, it has quite a few restless individuals.

To be honest, Elder Veyron is also having a headache dealing with these guys.

Meteor City doesn't have very clear laws; killing is commonplace.

However, if things get too outrageous, it will affect their rule over the area.

Sending these guys out would be ideal.

Moreover, seeing the achievements that Chrollo and Luke have made on the outside, the people of Meteor City will no longer be rootless drifters; they'll have a place to settle down.

At least, in Elder Veyron's eyes, Luke and Chrollo's actions have secured an opportunity for Meteor City to live outside.

He's naturally happy to help them, so that if Meteor City encounters any problems in the future, Luke and Chrollo can help them solve them.

It can be said that this was a win-win situation, a result that pleased both sides.

Elder Veyron generously dispatched all the people Chrollo needed.

Thus, the mafia forces on Ambrossa's side were quickly replenished.

Far from being severely weakened, they were replenished in the shortest possible time and even became stronger!

Furthermore, the computer parts manufacturing plants under the United Trade Tower officially began operating on their production lines.

The sales channels and storefronts were also ready and began to spread.

"Elder Veyron and Father Lisores are very satisfied and pleased with us."

"Many people in Meteor City can now venture into the outside world with aspirations, and we can provide them with opportunities and platforms."

"Moreover, whatever resources they need, we can provide them here."

"This officially establishes a cooperative relationship with Meteor City. Our manpower and influence in Ambrossa have been recovered, and it is even stronger than before."

"The manufacturing of computer parts has officially begun. We have resolved the resettlement issues for many families of our members, gained their loyalty, and made them even more dedicated to us."

"Once the products are shipped out and sold, we will be able to earn more money."

"This will make it easier for us to do more things in the future."

"With money and power, we have basically secured our position within the Ten Mafia Dons."

"It's a win-win situation from every angle."

Chrollo thoroughly explained the events of the past few days to Luke.

As he finished speaking, he himself felt genuinely moved.

Just this simple computer part had mobilized the entire Ambrossa, and it had even spurred the development of Meteor City.

This essentially bound the Phantom Troupe, Ambrossa, and Meteor City together.

For each of them, there was considerable development and progress.

Most importantly, none of this was crucial to the Phantom Troupe.

Ambrossa and Meteor City might need this opportunity for development.

But the Phantom Troupe, as a team, could withdraw at any time without being affected or dragged down.

This greatly guaranteed their autonomy and initiative.

They weren't the kind of people to be tied down by a single city or industry.

"Overall, if they continue to develop, the future is particularly bright and promising."

This future referred to Ambrossa and Meteor City, as well as the development of the computer parts industry and the mafia.

Besides that, all that remained was Chrollo's admiration for Luke.

A single move could have far-reaching effects; even a simple, slight intervention was enough to affect the fate of too many people and forces.

This was vastly different from what Chrollo had originally envisioned, simply living a carefree life as a band of thieves.

In fact, according to his own heart and desires, he preferred operating as a band of thieves. However, it was undeniable that Luke's methods were incredibly challenging, but the sense of accomplishment they gained was extraordinary.

Even from Chrollo's perspective, he admired Luke's abilities.

He could manipulate events at will, changing the world's structure and overall situation with a mere flick of his wrist.

Such a person was indeed very admirable...

"In other words, everyone has a bright future."

Luke said with a laugh from the other end of the phone.

Meanwhile, he didn't forget to diligently write code and program some kind of code for Ickshonpe.

After Luke contacted Chrollo and resolved the production issue of the computer parts... Ickshonpe was very grateful to Luke, and even more so for his trust.

In his view, it was Luke who stepped in and found people to help him solve his problems.

He didn't consider that he had also provided the manufacturing method for the computer parts, or what benefits and interests this would bring to Luke.

It could be said that Ickshonpe only saw the side of himself that was bothering others.

He was also very pure, very straightforward... and a good person.

Luke thought to himself, 'Perfect, I'm also very happy to be friends with such good people and am very willing to help them solve similar troubles and difficulties.'

"If there are any problems later, just contact me."
