The process of taking the "direct express" was not as easy as one might imagine, but it was not particularly painful either.
After a sharp whistle, the wing blade pierced through Stelle's chest. This method instantly reminded Stelle of Miss Robin's "corpse." In the "memory" Aventurine had shown her, there had also been a frightening, hideous opening in Miss Robin's chest.
Immediately afterward, thick and turbulent memoria surged and raged as it poured straight into her chest.
At that moment, Stelle felt that her consciousness was like a scrap of paper caught in a whirlpool, breaking apart, dissolving, and scattering into the rolling torrent.
Countless voices echoed through the memoria like rolling thunder, while the voice belonging to Firefly mixed among them and sounded especially clear.
During this process, the memories of the two merged slightly, and they each saw parts of the other's memories.
Traveling through unstable memoria, this was a very normal phenomenon. Stelle found it quite surprising, because here she saw another set of clothes belonging to the Stellaron Hunters, as well as "Uncle Blade" driving a car.
And what surprised the little raccoon most in this memory was that Blade could actually tell cold jokes.
That was completely inconsistent with her impression of that face.
Compared to Stelle, the memories Firefly saw were somewhat more unusual.
Perhaps because Stelle's thoughts were more active, the memoria Firefly saw at this moment came in jumps.
At first, she saw an unlucky Fragmentum creature and the concept proposed by some good-looking child.
Then, she saw that on that land, that cute child cut the sky in half with a single sword.
Next, still on that land, a factory was built, and a certain newly appointed Supreme Guardian cheerfully sent the previous Supreme Guardian inside.
Finally, she saw the inside of the factory. Stelle stood atop a pile of ore, holding a whip and constantly lashing the Fragmentum monsters below, urging them to work hard. In a corner, she could even see figures busy working alongside the Fragmentum monsters.
This was the history of the Fragmentum factory's rise in Stelle's memories, as well as scenes from when she helped out at the factory.
If someone else saw it, they would probably be concerned about Stelle's mental state, but the person watching now was Firefly, so she would only gently praise her for being full of energy.
The two arrived at Dreamflux Reef without any trouble. The atmosphere here felt rather dim and desolate.
Compared with the Golden Hour, the difference was so great that it was hard to believe they were products of the same dreamscape, as if, in the blink of an eye, time had gone back several Amber Eras.
March 7th shared the same thought as Stelle.
After taking the elevator made by Nero to get here, she had initially found it quite amazing. There was actually another city hanging upside down above a city. No wonder this was a beautiful dream.
But after actually arriving at Dreamflux Reef, because of the huge difference, March suddenly felt that this place was not quite so... imaginative after all.
She also understood why she could see the Golden Hour when she looked up from Dreamflux Reef, but could not see Dreamflux Reef when she looked up from the Golden Hour.
Leaving aside factors such as the excessive distance and the clouds blocking the view, compared with the Golden Hour, Dreamflux Reef was simply too dark.
Of course, that was not a big deal. No matter which dream it was, no matter what kind of dream it was, she could have fun in all of them anyway. After all, she was March 7th.
Unfortunately, she had run into trouble now, a problem that seemed familiar, but that her own little brain had absolutely no way of solving.
"Y-you... who exactly are you?!"
"I-I-I... I'm March 7th. Y-you, who are you?!"
"I-I-I, I'm the real March 7th!"
"You wouldn't happen to be a bug, would you? How can there be bugs in Penacony too?"
"You're the bug! I must have accidentally inhaled some wing powder. Somebody, come help me!"
"If only Nero and the others were here... Mr. Yang, hurry up and come help!"
"I should have known not to come here ahead of time. It would have been so much better to come together with Stelle and Miss Firefly... Why did I run into something like this the moment I came out?!"
Two March 7ths who looked exactly alike, wore exactly the same clothes, had exactly the same expressions, and whose personalities and even body movements showed no discernible difference were arguing.
And Mr. Yang stood to the side somewhat helplessly, watching this scene.
Stelle and Firefly had never imagined that they would see such a scene the moment they arrived at Dreamflux Reef.
Stelle frowned and could not help wondering whether March had some kind of special constitution that always caused her to run into things like this.
In Stelle's memories, this was not the first time such a situation had occurred.
According to what Nero had said, there had already been a July 3 back in Belobog, and that July 3 had already been caught and sent into the factory. Stelle had seen her when she was helping out at the factory, where she was coworkers with Sampo Corgi.
After that, when Argenti came to the train, because of the True Sting, March saw a July 3.
And finally, now, among these two Marches who were arguing, one of them had to be July 3!
Stelle did not know how she should evaluate March's ill-fated destiny, but judging from the current situation, no matter which of the two Marches was the real one, neither of them should be getting into a serious fight for now.
Mr. Yang had initially been somewhat helpless as he watched this scene, but then he keenly noticed the movement behind him, so he turned around.
The instant he saw Stelle, Mr. Yang's gaze relaxed somewhat, with a little less worry in it. After seeing Firefly, his gaze became puzzled again, but he quickly understood everything.
Combining this with what Nero had said... he felt that this white-haired girl was probably Sam, the Miss Firefly that Stelle had mentioned before.
Judging from the expressions of the two, the two girls seemed fairly familiar with each other. And apart from the elevator that Nero had already erased, Mr. Yang believed that very few people could make it here...
Taking all these factors together, Sam, whom Silver Wolf had warned them about but who had never shown herself, was probably the person most likely to have come here.
After all, there was both Silver Wolf and Elio on that side, so it was perfectly normal for them to have another way of entering Dreamflux Reef.
Moreover, according to Mr. Aventurine, strictly speaking, the way to reach Dreamflux Reef was "death," closing one's eyes. Their method of directly manipulating memoria to create an elevator and shoot into the sky was the unusual one.
Mr. Yang, who did not understand the current situation within the Stellaron Hunters, went through a series of incorrect assumptions and arrived at the correct conclusion.
"Stelle, I'm glad to see you're safe and sound," Mr. Yang said.
"Mr. Welt, why are you here too?" Stelle asked in pleasant surprise.
"Mm..."
Thinking of the rather unique way Aventurine had said he came to Dreamflux Reef, Mr. Yang fell silent for a moment.
However... in the end, he still told the two people in front of him what had happened on his side after Acheron swung her blade.
