Guy was surprised by looking at Milim's state. Who is the person who can break even Milim's armour?
While it's true that Milim can't fight at her full strength due to the nature of her Ultimate Skill, but by the aftermath of this 'spar' and state of Milim's armour, this Hero that is coming down to the ground is only weaker against himself and Milim among the Demon Lords, stronger than the rest by a large margin.
Plus, he has Charybdis under his control.
And he hasn't even fully awakened yet.
Guy has overestimated Sasuke's strength due to the state of Milim's Armour, which was almost entirely destroyed by her own attack.

Still, he can tell that he is far weaker than Milim. Not only she didn't use her Ultimate Skill, but she also seemed to enjoy the fight.

He admitted to Milim.

According to some spoilers, Guy's Ultimate Skill is a cheat, even when there is Beezlebub for comparison. Something like copying skills just by seeing.
That's why he has deactivated Sharingan and closed his eye which has Rinnegan.
But perhaps he still copied Susanoo, since he got to see it?
Guy smirked and said, "It's been a long time since a Hero of your level has appeared. When you fully awaken, come to the Northern continent. It will be fun fighting you at full power."
Milim shouted, pointing finger at Guy.
"What's this!? You tell me not to fight, and you yourself are challenging him!? That's not fair!"
"Because when you fight, you can destroy the world. I am more reasonable than that."
"Hmph!"
Sasuke considered Guy's offer. While he does want to fight him, it will be just giving away his skills and making Guy stronger.
But if he gains an Ultimate Skill which can block Guy's—

Just as Guy tried to harrass Sasuke, Sasuke puffed away.

There is no way he would appear before a relatively unknown Demon Lord on par with Milim while he is exhausted.
Original Sasuke has long since retreated.

But Milim came between him and view of Rimuru.

He clicked his tongue and left. He felt like he would loose his braincells the further he interacted with this idiot Milim.
A slime, bestie?
There is no benefit in trying to understand what goes through that idiot's mind.
Oh well. Atleast he got to know about an interesting hero.
