The 'human' kept approaching Gutaxun, and essentially, Jimmy and Rulya. He didn't know what to do here, other than to command Gutaxun to stop walking. At this point he was hoping that he was hallucinating, because whatever approached them, was too bold, and hence troublesome if it was a real human.
Considering that Gutaxun and Rulya's pet weren't reacting, it strongly hinted that they weren't seeing the 'human' he saw. This was almost comforting, but he still couldn't blame what he was seeing to his lack of sleep. Daytime dinosaurs had poor eyesight, even more so in the engulfing darkness of the night, so they wouldn't be able to see a human unless they were a few feet away from them.
It was a perplexing matter, but at last, he decided to try and communicate with it. If he was hallucinating, the figure would not answer back, or yet, it might answer, so he wouldn't get closer to the truth either way, but it was worth a shot.
