Leon sensed it at the last moment and moved his head to the right. He narrowly dodged the arrow, still, it brushed his hair slightly.
His senses got alerted, and he took a few steps back. As soon as he moved a bit back, multiple arrows came landing towards the spot where he had been standing just a second ago.
He drifted his gaze towards the direction from which the arrows were coming, but the location of them was changing with each hit.
His gaze followed the arrows down, dodging each one of them precisely.
'I can't continue this any longer.'
Before he could react, a man with a boulder-like physique stepped forward. He wore armor that looked twice his own weight, his massive muscles bulging beneath it, a giant mace resting casually on his shoulder.
A bead of sweat appeared on his forehead, and a sword of dark mana appeared in his hand as he took his stance.
