Uchiha Naraku did hear someone calling from behind him, but did he call Chie? Of course not.
It seemed like someone with the name Chie was being called.
Could it be that even in this Naruto world, people watched adult films?

"Sorry, sorry, that really broadened my horizons. Anyway, as long as I'm not called Chie, I'm good, I'm out of here."
Uchiha Naraku gave a dry laugh, damn it, he exposed his true nature as an old pervert.
And Kakashi's shout behind him didn't slow down Naraku's pace at all, watching as the other person had already entered the market.
He quickly ran into the marketplace.
However, Kakashi looked left and right, but still lost track of Naraku in the vast crowd.
"Did I lose him?"
Kakashi was somewhat disappointed, but it wasn't a complete loss.
The other party couldn't have failed to hear his voice just now, yet there was no reaction.
What did this mean? It meant that the other party didn't even know the name.
But why? To impersonate Chie, but know nothing about her?
It seemed that even if he blocked Chie's doorstep, he wouldn't gain anything. Besides, he had a mission to complete in the afternoon.

Kakashi felt a slight disappointment he couldn't explain. He shook his head and disappeared into the crowd at the market.
When Naraku arrived home, Uchiha Itachi was already waiting at his door with two carpenters.
Naraku noticed a brand new white wooden door leaning against the side of the two craftsmen.
"Sorry, Itachi, I'm late. Weren't we just talking about fixing the door? What's going on...?"
Naraku hurried over to apologize. This was his biggest client; he couldn't afford to offend him.
"No, Naraku, you're right on time. I just arrived a little early. I'll leave it to you, masters."
Uchiha Itachi nodded to the carpenters, completely ignoring Uchiha Naraku's question.
The two carpenters quickly replaced Naraku's door with a brand new one. Although it clashed with the somewhat dilapidated house, at least the door wouldn't let the wind through anymore.
Thinking about it, he really was quite miserable. The root of the problem was that he didn't know Wood Release: Three-Room-One-Living-Room Technique.
If he knew that, he'd have a big bathtub right now. Maybe someday he could transplant some Hashirama cells and play around.
But after the transplant, his whole body would be pale and ugly…
It'd be best if the system could exchange for it. Never mind, it probably wasn't a goal he could achieve anytime soon, he'd think about it later.
In a short while, the two carpenters had finished installing the new door.
Naraku didn't have the face to really let Itachi pay.
So, he quickly pulled out his meager little wallet.
Naraku looked at his dwindling savings.
Sigh, looks like he'd be eating dirt for the rest of the month.
"Young man, it's not necessary. Young Master Itachi already paid."
That fast? Naraku turned to look at Itachi, who was smiling, and had no choice but to give up.
Seeing the two carpenters leave, Uchiha Itachi wasn't shy and sat down on Naraku's broken sofa again, giving Naraku a youthful smile.
(What does this mean? Why is he smiling?)
"Itachi-kun, thank you so much. You even replaced my door with a new one; I'm really sorry to have put you out..."
Naraku was a bit embarrassed, but didn't know how to thank him.
"It's nothing. As a ninja, I always save money, so this little bit isn't a problem!"
Itachi patted his small wallet, looking very generous.
Alright, you have money, you're the boss.
Just like that, Naraku and Itachi chatted casually, and Naraku was surprised to find that this Uchiha Itachi didn't seem to have any intention of leaving.
What was he trying to do? Was he going to stay?
It was still a while before noon. Could it be that he wanted to wait here until noon to freeload my meal?
Way to go, Itachi. I didn't realize you were this thick-skinned before!
It turned out Naraku had guessed right. Ever since Itachi had eaten the meal Naraku made for him, he didn't know why, but it wasn't even that delicious.
Yet, he kept craving it, as if eating a meal made by Naraku himself gave him a special sense of spiritual satisfaction.
And so, Itachi stayed at Naraku's little place until noon, and in the end, Naraku had no choice but to make him lunch again.
After eating, Itachi happily bid farewell to Naraku and left with a cheerful little gait.
Time passed quickly, and in the blink of an eye, it was already the year 53 of Konoha.
Naraku stood in front of the large mirror in his house, looking at his beautiful body, and thought, hmm, it seems I've grown a little taller.
He was no longer a six-year-old child.
Uchiha Naraku's life had been exceptionally fulfilling lately. Every morning, he engaged in a passionate, manly duel with Might Guy.
During the day, he focused on earning currency, keeping him incredibly busy.
Through relentless effort, Naraku finally acquired the skill he'd always desired: Astonishing.
However, something peculiar had emerged. From the moment Naraku's taijutsu ability reached 210, he could spar with Guy without issue.
Now, with Naraku's taijutsu ability at 270 (Special Jonin level), he was still able to spar with Guy without any problems.
It was as if there was no improvement at all.
Naraku later considered the situation and likely understood. Guy's taijutsu ability was probably already above 400. He held back during their sparring sessions, fearing he might genuinely injure Naraku.
It was similar to how Naraku had never used Astonishing.
Naraku looked at his new attribute panel and fell into thought…
