It' the first time that Carmilla's rage was all over the place and that she didn't care anymore if this last attack was going to be her last.
Natasha also felt the same rage as Carmilla, but she could control it deep inside her while casting a lot of ice magic shots out in all directions, sending huge spears of frozen water flying at the Leviathan's body without her usual careful planning.
