Chapter 54 - Chapter 53 Sebastian

He saw his Bard companions congratulating him, their voices full of joy, and smiles on everyone's faces. Having just arrived from Macedonia, he had no idea what had happened.

Seeing his bewildered expression, many people patted his back and congratulated him: "Do you know who that lord was just now?"

"Who?" he asked blankly.

"Do you know the seat for whiling away time during the afternoon tea in Red Leisure?

"Please sit," Kayal said to Lawrence, completely disregarding the fact that he was the host. Artoria and Sebastian stood like two great door gods, one on each side of Kayal, with no intention of sitting down.

Lawrence felt rather awkward. The two of them were definitely of much higher status than him, a traveling merchant. If it weren't for the young man in front of him, they probably wouldn't even give him a second glance. Yet now, he was sitting, and they were standing, which made Lawrence, who came from Rome, extremely uneasy.

"My Lord, here are the black tea and cookies. Please eat first; there will be dessert later." Lady Byron came out with a tray of warm cookies and tea sets. She glared fiercely at Sebastian and called out, "Sebastian, come in and help! Don't hinder the young master from discussing business."

"My Lord, I shall take my leave first." Sebastian was not at all embarrassed by his mother's shouting. He possessed a composure rarely seen in boys his age. He bowed slightly and excused himself.

"Mm," Kayal hummed, watching them go inside, then turned his head to Lawrence and smiled: "Well then, Mr. Lawrence, may I take a look at your goods?"
