Life outside Novaterra was harder than anyone here could ever imagine. The rules were different, the expectations crueler, and the way omegas were treated… most people here would probably refuse to believe it if they hadn't seen it themselves.
If I had been in another pack when Silas did what he did to me, they wouldn't have even blinked.
Not one person would have cared.
In fact, he probably would have been praised for it. Worshipped. They would applaud him and some would go as far as asking him how he did it. He could even be given an award for it.
That was how things worked out there. Omegas weren't seen as equals—far from it. We were seen as lesser beings.
