"Did you see the alpha who did a backflip in the crowd?" Jamie asked.
"I was so scared someone was going to get hit" I said.
"Me too!" They both replied at the same time.
"Like why do that in a crowd filled with people?" Soren asked.
"He wanted Phoenix attention" Jamie said.
"And the wisest thing he could come up with is a backflio? That's dumb" Jamie replied as he opened the door to his house.
"Finally, you're here," someone said as we stepped through the door. We froze. That voice sounded all too familiar like we had heard it just a moment ago. No way it couldn't be. That was impossible.
