The day after meeting Jake ed wake up in his room he see that lan is not in the room he get out of bed and see that there was a letter on the table.
Ed think " how unusual " he picked up the letter and then he see there was written "form lan " he opened it in curiousity and start to read the letter and there was written that ,
" if you don't see me in morning I woke up early and go to the my department so don't worry about me.

He sigh and put down the letter on table and look back and at the Jihgen and he see that he was sleeping like a boar. He get triggered by it he goes to him and started to kicking Jihgen yelling at him.,
" wake up you lazy ass!!! "
Jihgen wake up screaming in pain ,

And he see the face of ed who was buring in anger.
Jihgen " sorry!!! , my bad!!! "
And they get ready to go to there department but an person knock the door ed go and open the door and he see it was lab.
Ed welcome him " you camed come in why are knocking? "
lan smile and said " nah,its part of my department assignment ."
Ed and Jihgen get confused lan explain it .
" what happened was I go to the my department so after that I meet with my Senor and he telled me that I have been putted in the battle support unit that why I have to come with you. To your department "
Jihgen he look at lan " isn't it weird "

lan " yes, your right but that what is how is it. "
And ed go and take the temptation key card and chant it and gose teleported there.
Ed think " it is more calmer than last time"
" hello, so you are here again huh? "
Ed look at the way the vioce was coming from. And he see that was Jake .
Jake " yo!, your senior is here... "
But ayush come in " you are the kids from yesterday!!" she said it in angry tone and while griting her theth. Jake " he calm yourself down. " he said to ayush.
Ayush look at him with angery eye but clam her down and said " take them to ground ." and she leaves saying " I have work to do! " Jake smile and look at ed and other.

They nod

And then they start to follow him Ed again notice the wall. Jake see it and laghu.
"ha.., you notice it aren't you? "
Ed look at him at shock.
Jake said " don't fear it is nothing specal it just side effects of our system. "
Ed and other was look at Jake with the confuse look. Jake chuckles and said.
" did you play any games?, specifically a battle royal one? "he look at them.
Ed said " I play a once " and Jihgen answer was " I played a lot of game like it " lan said " I don't have interest in gaming but.. I am familiar with the battle royal concept. "

" see in the battle royal there is a normal match were you just play without paying any price or reward and second one is the rank based one were if you lose you lose your rank and if you win your rank get up by sertan margin somthing like one Lavel "
Ed said " so how is connected to our department system? " he asked.
Jake answered " that how our system works see as combat department we fight with the demon and we put our life on the line in that so train our self in these deadly Situation we make this system were we fight with each other to grow stronger. To explain it All the combat department student are ranked here and if they wants to climb up in the rank of they have to fight with the person who is in upper level than theme to advance. They all so have a option of spare match that smiler to the battle royal unranked match were you lose nothing. "

And after the couple of step they come infront of a door and Jake open it by putting his hands on it. And look back at both ed and Jihgen and said.

And the metal door behind him opens up and Jake put his hands in his pocket and take out some bottles and wooden stick from his pocket and give them to ed and Jihgen.
Ed ask " what is this? "
Jake " that bottle are fill with one of 7 holy river water and the stick are infused with earth magic so that how you can fight with me. "
lan asked " what about me? "
Jake answer with a clam and kind of in apologetic or sad tone " I would like to fight with your sprit but.. You are not a part of our department so I can't have a match with me. But.. If you got permission from the head then we can have a match but for now you are just a spectator ."
And then they get in ground lan stand on the side . And then Jake look at ed and Jihgen and said
" are you ready? "
They both take there stance Jake laugh.

And he suddenly disappeared in the blink as if he was air and an strong arirwind come and ed and Jihgen fell down by pressure of the air blow on the ground. lan get surprise and he see that Jake is behind.
" how awful I want to end this quickly as possible. "
And he takes out his staff and point it toward them and said.
" it is the time to start show ."
And then ed and Jihgen stand up both them said.
" hell yeah!! '

" hu, okay "
And they stand there there silently. For a few second and then ed and Jihgen charge towards Jake.
" now it's our time "
Jake laugh.
