"That's something I did?" Uchiha Sasuke stared at the image of his future self, stunned.
He always claimed he was an avenger, someone willing to give up everything for revenge. But in his mind, everything meant his life, his soul… not his humanity.
What he just saw wasn't sacrifice. It was cruelty.
He'd watched how hard Uzumaki Karin had fought to support his future self. Anyone with a heart would've felt something.
But that future version of him? He didn't show a shred of hesitation. He struck without mercy, and afterward he didn't even look back, didn't take a single step toward helping her.
That wasn't human. How was this any different from that person?

With Kotoamatsukami, he could reshape a person's will. He would leave behind a genjutsu that protected Konoha, something that could keep Sasuke off this path of corruption.

He counted it out. He originally had Wind Release. After gaining the Uchiha bloodline, he awakened Lightning Release and Fire Release, the common affinities of the Uchiha Clan.
