Chapter 122 - Chapter 122: Scarlet Witch

Frigga pressed her thighs together, as if she were enduring some unspeakable pain with everything she had. Her body leaned slightly to one side as she inched over, step by step, limping her way toward them.

She looked miserable. Her once-luxurious garments were torn to shreds, exposing large swathes of snow-white skin covered in crisscrossing cuts and scratches.

Don't be fooled by Frigga's slender frame and seemingly delicate appearance, like a woman who could topple with a gust of wind.

Her mastery of magic was terrifying—she was Asgard's greatest sorceress, and even Loki's magic had been learned from her.

The wounds on her body were the marks she'd taken in a fight against Laufey. To clash head-on with the Frost Giant King and still hold her ground was proof enough of just how formidable she was.

After all, not just any woman could become Odin's wife. If the woman were too weak, then in certain "activities" she wouldn't be able to keep pace with her husband—and their married life definitely wouldn't be harmonious. One wrong move, and people could die.

Frigga's hair was a mess, a few stray strands stuck to the sweaty skin of her pale neck. The dignity and elegance she usually carried were nowhere to be found—only exhaustion and pain remained on her face.

Harry's gaze swept past the torn fabric and the skin revealed beneath. He paused for a beat, then politely shifted his eyes away and advised, "Your Majesty Frigga, you should go and rest. Your injuries aren't light."

Frigga shook her head gently. Her eyes passed over Harry and landed on Thor and Loki, who were still locked in fierce combat. Her voice trembled with a choked sob.

"Harry… please. Stop them. I really don't want to see them fight each other."

Harry really wanted to keep watching the drama, but when your friend's mom was begging you like this, there was only one answer.

"Alright. I'll stop them right now!"

Harry had just stood up, ready to intervene and finally put an end to this farce that had dragged on for chapters—

when Loki, sharp-eyed from afar, caught sight of it.

Seizing the moment during another violent exchange with Thor, Loki gritted his teeth, made up his mind, and used the impact of Thor's attack to launch himself backward.

Then he jumped off the Rainbow Bridge without a second's hesitation.

His figure followed the raging waters beneath the bridge, plunging headfirst into the bottomless, boundless void outside Asgard.

"No!" Thor's eyes went bloodshot at the sight. Without thinking, his body moved to jump after him, reaching out as if to grab Loki.

But before Thor could fully leap—his upper body barely tipping over the bridge—Harry grabbed him hard.

With a Levitation Charm, Harry kept Thor floating steadily in midair, stopping him from doing something stupid in the heat of the moment.

"Harry, let me down!" Thor pleaded. His eyes were locked on the direction Loki had vanished, desperate to save him.

Watching Thor like this, Harry could only sigh, looking at him the way you'd look at an idiot. He lifted a hand to his forehead and explained patiently:

"Thor, calm down! Loki didn't pick that falling direction at random. There's a chain of naturally formed wormholes down there, and each wormhole leads to a specific place.

Loki probably knows the rules of those wormholes—that's why he dared to jump. Trust me, he won't die."

Then Harry's tone grew heavier, his expression turning serious.

"But if you jump after him, it's completely different. You don't understand the wormhole rules. You could jump in and immediately get dragged into some chaotic spatial interlayer.

In a place like that, spatial laws are scrambled and gravity twists like madness. It could crush, turning you into a puddle of meat paste in seconds. When that happens, even an Aesir body won't save you!"

Loki drifted downward unhurriedly. He glanced up at the Rainbow Bridge, at Thor's frantic face, and the corners of his mouth rose slightly—an almost imperceptible flicker of satisfaction, along with a sudden warmth swelling in his chest.

But the moment he heard Harry spell out his plan in full, Loki's smile froze, replaced by a surge of burning rage.

He glared at Harry viciously. That pest again—every time, it was him ruining everything!

The wormhole was getting closer. Wind screamed past Loki's ears, and he knew time was running out.

He turned slowly, his eyes settling on Frigga. His expression softened at once, and he spoke quietly:

"Mother… I'm sorry. I failed to destroy Jotunheim, and I have no face left to see Father. But please believe me—once I carve out a great achievement out there, I'll return in glory and prove to everyone that I, Loki, am far more outstanding than Thor!"

Then he snapped his head back, glaring fiercely at Thor and Harry, and roared with all his strength:

"Just you wait! I will be back!"

The instant the words left his mouth, the wormhole's terrifying pull swallowed him whole. His figure vanished rapidly inside it, heading toward some unknown corner of the universe.

After Loki disappeared, Harry, Thor, and Frigga stood there in a daze, staring at one another.

Frigga's brows knitted slightly. She closed her eyes, drew in a deep breath, and sighed.

"My child… you never needed to prove yourself to anyone. In your father's heart and mine, you and Thor are both one of a kind—always the finest."

With Loki gone, this stormy royal Asgardian family drama finally came to an end.

When All-Father Odin gradually awoke from the Odin Sleep, Asgard's palace immediately began preparing a grand banquet to celebrate the crisis being resolved.

Everyone talked loudly about the battle against the Frost Giants, boasting and shouting about their own merits.

The warriors who had earned glory were received by Odin one by one and rewarded with treasures—and Harry was no exception.

Because he'd played a crucial role, Odin gifted him five hundred kilograms of top-grade Uru metal. On top of that, he was also granted access to Asgard's core magic tomes—books that were normally never opened to outsiders.

Both were extremely helpful to Harry.

The magic tomes could expand his magical system and deepen his mastery, while the Uru metal would allow him to craft powerful magical tools.

Harry decided he would use the Uru to forge a Cloak of Levitation of his own.

In his design, this levitating cloak would combine flight, defense, transfiguration, and more into a single piece.

Most importantly, it would be able to merge into his flesh and blood. Only that way could it follow him freely between the two worlds.

There was already a Cloak of Levitation stored in the New York Sanctum, yet Harry couldn't use it.

It wasn't because his talent was lacking and the cloak rejected him—if anything, it was the opposite.

It was because his magic was simply too immense.

The cloak had keen perception. The moment it drew near Harry, it could sense the surging, overwhelming magic inside him. That power attracted it—and also terrified it.

Every time it approached Harry, the cloak would start trembling uncontrollably, like it was overstimulated.

So Harry decided to make one himself!

After the Asgardian banquet ended perfectly, the brilliant lights gradually dimmed, and the lively noise slowly returned to silence.

Leaving Asgard and returning to Earth, Harry first met with Coulson to tell him things were basically over—there wouldn't be any more big tin cans launching surprise attacks.

Then he went straight back to his villa and threw himself into magical research.

This time, Harry focused first on retinal projection magic.

Back in the wizarding world, he'd already studied it extensively and mostly perfected it. Combined with the technology of the wider multiverse, he could finally complete it.

Soon, after carefully engraving new routines into Hedwig, and after countless attempts, the retinal projection magic was successfully completed!

When Hedwig began automatically calculating and running the retinal projection magic, Harry felt his vision flash—then a flood of information poured out like a tide.

The data arranged and combined rapidly, finally forming a projection that looked like a game interface.

Icons flickered across it. Numbers and panels kept updating. Harry only needed to raise a hand lightly to interact with the interface through magic.

Name: Harry Potter

Talent: chaos magic (max)

Credit Level: Supreme Exalted

Magic: Sword of the Vishanti, Avada Kedavra, Cruciatus Curse, Imperius Curse, Harry's Disintegration Spell…

Points: ∞

Besides that, there were functions like a store, gacha draws, a communication platform, friends, and more…

After implanting Harry's lending program, Hedwig would scan a borrower's physical condition and project this information onto their retina—basically a magical version of a phone.

As for points, Harry had unified the lending currency system, using points to exchange for spells and magical knowledge.

There were many ways to earn points: money, quest rewards, wizard-to-wizard transactions, and so on…

1 point represented one use of a basic spell, 100 points for intermediate, 1000 points for advanced.

And if someone wanted permanent access, it was still 1000 times the single-use price!

After fixing a few bugs and confirming everything was correct, Harry immediately transmitted the lending system into each borrower's mind, binding it to their soul.

Calls began coming in one after another.

He first answered Uncle Ben, Aunt May, and Peter, explaining the lending system in detail and making sure they understood completely.

After that, he spoke with Tony, answered a whole barrage of questions, and then started getting annoyed.

He really didn't want to deal with everyone one by one, so he had an idea. On the lending system's homepage, he wrote an announcement explaining the system, then put his phone into Do Not Disturb mode.

Finally free from the outside noise, Harry leaned back comfortably in his magically levitating chair. With a wave of his hand, a huge magical screen appeared in front of him.

He looked at it expectantly and set the observation target on the Rule World—the world whose rules he knew best.

The Rule World was always full of surprises. It had already produced interesting abilities like revenge hypnosis, school time-stop, and presence suppression…

He couldn't wait to see what unimaginable power this strange world would give birth to next.

The image on the screen gradually became clear—but to Harry's surprise, it wasn't the Rule World at all.

Instead, it showed the interior of a heavily guarded military base.

Just then, a girl's figure appeared in the center of the image.

She wore a dress, her figure slender, her features delicate and beautiful. She had a head of gorgeous long red hair. And inside her, there seemed to be a strange pulse of power—uncannily similar to the chaos magic in Harry's own body!

Scarlet chaos magic swirled around the girl, making every movement she made look elegant. The hem of her red dress swayed gently with each step, like burning flames.

With crimson fire and scarlet magic reflecting off each other, she looked like a scarlet witch stepping out of some ancient legend—

That was the Scarlet Witch!
