Harry sighed helplessly, thinking that this was one hell of a "surprise" first thing in the morning. But he could only speed up, wash up in a hurry, and throw on something presentable.
The moment he stepped outside, that burgundy luxury sports car came into view—loud, flashy, impossible to miss. Tony was in the driver's seat, wearing his signature proud expression and waving at him.
Harry opened the door and sank into the soft leather seat. Before he could even settle in, the car shot forward like a red phantom, rocketing toward Stark Industries Tower.
The engine roared the whole way. Harry complained, "Tony, you didn't have to come this early. I haven't slept enough."
Tony raised an eyebrow, looking like an experienced elder. "Young people should work hard. How do you even sleep at your age? When I was your age, I got up early every day to study!"
Harry's mouth twitched, and he shot Tony a disgusted eye-roll. "And then you studied with hot model 'teachers' all the way into bed?"
Tony's eyes flicked away with obvious guilt, but he still doubled down. "Hey, kid! Doesn't matter where you study—just tell me if it counts as studying or not!"
"Right, right, right. You're totally right," Harry said, too lazy to argue.
Studying physiology is studying too, yeah?
The burgundy sports car sliced through the morning like a streak of crimson lightning, weaving down the city roads and drawing countless stares.
Soon, it rolled to a smooth stop in front of Stark Industries Tower.
Harry and Tony stepped into the elevator. As the doors slid shut and the elevator surged upward, the view of the tower flashed past outside.
Tony suddenly thought of something and turned his head toward Harry. "Last night was pretty lively. I heard some wizard beat two monsters, and even used magic to repair two destroyed blocks. That wasn't you, was it?"
There was no point hiding it. Harry admitted it openly. "Yeah, it was me. My buddy's been wearing a mask and playing superhero lately, and I was worried something might happen to him. Plus those two monsters were wrecking the city center, so I went over."
Tony nodded lightly, then after a brief pause, he told Harry what he'd heard. "Not long ago, the military contacted me. They probably traced the connection between us.
General Ross wants to talk to you. Seems like he wants to invite you to work for the military. I didn't know what you'd think, so I told them to wait."
Harry's eyes lit up. The military had plenty of outstanding soldiers—maybe some of them even had the talent to become sorcerers.
The thought made his grin rise. "After we get back from Asgard, set up a meeting between me and General Ross. I think they'll need my help."
Tony could more or less guess what Harry was thinking and nodded. "Alright. I'll have JARVIS arrange it."
When they reached the top floor, a graceful figure came into view. She sat in a chair, slender and poised, legs drawn in slightly as she worked with full focus on a laptop.
Hearing footsteps, Pepper turned quickly. Her eyes brightened when she saw Tony, but she also noticed Harry beside him. A perfectly timed smile appeared on her face as she gave Harry a small nod. "Good morning, Mr. Potter."
"Morning, Pepper."
Tony never liked seeing other men near Pepper, so he immediately found an excuse to send her away. "Pepper, can you handle the next meeting for me? Harry and I have something urgent to deal with."
"Fine, Tony. Just don't be gone too long. Don't dump everything on me again like last time while you go off to…" Pepper sounded displeased. She didn't finish, but Harry could guess: Tony had probably gone to "negotiate" with some model again.
After Pepper left, Harry raised an eyebrow and teased him, half-joking but half-serious. "Pepper's a good woman. I think you should rein it in a little. She'd be a great partner."
Tony fell silent for a moment, then shook his head with a laugh, unconcerned. "Kid, you just turned legal. What do you know about love, lecturing me? Worry about yourself first."
Harry spread his hands and didn't push it further.
Tony suited up into the Iron Man armor with mechanical assistance and said to Harry, "Let's go, Harry. I can't wait to see what the Asgardian court looks like!"
Harry nodded, picturing Asgard in his mind as he began shaping a portal.
Very soon, a portal formed. On the other side was a strange landscape completely different from Earth. Harry stepped through first, with Tony right behind him.
Once both of them disappeared into it, the portal flashed, turned into a spray of golden sparks, trembled like a candle in the wind—and slowly went out.

Unlike Earth, Asgard was a circular continent. Under the coverage of an intricate and immensely powerful runic array, it floated in the starry void like an island.
Asgard's area was roughly comparable to Earth's. The most prosperous part of this realm was its core—the palace.
And the Rainbow Bridge, a star-spanning planet-killing weapon that terrified countless civilizations across the cosmos, was located within the palace as well.
Because he needed to buy Uru, Harry opened the portal directly into the palace's trade bazaar. As they stepped out, the unique scenery of Asgard filled their vision.
Buildings lined the streets in dense rows—mostly pointed roofs and towers. Thick stone formed the main structure, while doors, windows, and eaves were made of warm, polished wood, creating an overall harmony that felt natural and grounded.
The streets of Asgard bustled with life, packed with crowds from many races.
The most common were Asgardian warriors in heavy armor, along with all sorts of alien beings in every strange shape and form.
It all made Tony curious. He muttered, "Oh, this is pretty nice. Looks way more interesting than my mansion."
Harry led from the front like he'd done it a hundred times, heading toward a tall tower building at the heart of the bazaar. "Come on, Tony. We need to get to the center. Uru can only be bought there."
Even in Asgard, Uru was a strategic resource. Only a tiny number of people were "qualified" to purchase it—and Harry was one of them.
The place that sold Uru was right at the bazaar's center. It was an Asgardian royal asset, with the sales temporarily handled by dwarves.
Tony looked left and right, fascinated by everything. After a quick thought, he asked, "Harry, what currency do they use here? Do you have money?"
Harry looked relaxed, a faint smile on his lips, eyes calm and careless. He waved a hand. "Star credits. An energy-based currency—formed from fixed amounts of energy, so it never devalues. As for whether I have money… so-so. I only have a few hundred million star credits."
Tony stared. "And what's the purchasing power like?"
"Roughly… enough to buy a combat spaceship? Tony, don't worry about currency. Worst case, I'll ask my teacher for some. She's way richer than I am."
Harry's casual attitude made something indescribably weird rise in Tony's chest.
In the next second, Tony realized—so this is what people usually feel when they look at me.
This is the oppressive pressure of facing a rich person, huh?
Harry acted indifferent, but most of his attention was actually on Tony. Seeing Tony's complicated expression made Harry feel refreshed from head to toe.
He immediately used projection magic to "save" the moment. So what if you're Earth's richest man? In front of me, you're still just a rookie.
At the bazaar's center, they quickly arrived at the palace market.
A beautiful Asgardian woman stood at the storefront entrance. When she saw Harry, her eyes brightened. She stepped close and dipped into a slight curtsy. "Welcome, Mr. Potter. What would you like to purchase today?"
"I need some Uru. Same as before—barter," Harry replied.
Uru was extremely precious. If you paid in star credits, one gram cost at least ten thousand—wildly overpriced.
Harry preferred trading goods. Asgard also needed many unique Kamar-Taj creations—magical artifacts and runes were hard currency here.
Thinking of the profit this deal would bring, the Asgardian woman, Aida, lit up with enthusiasm. "Right this way, Mr. Potter. I'll take you to collect the Uru."
The three of them headed toward the market's center. Then, as they rounded a corner, they all stopped at the same time, as if by mutual understanding.
Ahead stood a tall, slender man with a handsome face, dressed in a dark green robe. He stared at Harry in surprise—then an insidious smile slowly curled onto his lips.
Loki walked up in front of Harry and sneered. "Oh? Isn't this the great Sorcerer Supreme's disciple, Harry Potter? What brings you to Asgard? Don't tell me you're here to get beaten again."
Every time Harry saw Loki, a fire rose in his chest—an instinctive urge to punch him.
In the wizarding world, Harry had gained a lot and mastered plenty of magic that could enhance the body.
Even if those boosts couldn't compare to Hulk or Abomination, beating up Loki—another sorcerer type who wasn't good at close combat—should be more than enough.
So Harry replied coldly, "That's right. I'm going to beat you up. Meet me at the dueling arena later."
Loki froze, then immediately became wary. "You can't let your magic go berserk. The Sorcerer Supreme and the All-Father have an agreement!"
Last time, when Harry's magic went berserk and he beat Loki and Thor senseless, Odin and the Sorcerer Supreme had to intervene together to suppress the out-of-control Harry.
After that, Odin and the Sorcerer Supreme made an agreement: Harry absolutely could not let his magic go berserk in Asgard. Only under that condition was Harry allowed to keep moving around Asgard.
Harry put on a fake, pleasant smile. "How could I? I'll fight you in my normal state. Don't worry."
Loki still felt uneasy, but he accepted. He didn't believe Harry could defeat him in "normal state" in such a short time.
Last time, if not for Harry's berserk magic, Loki had held an absolute advantage the whole way!
"Fine. Since you're asking for it, I'll play along," Loki said, pinching a fold at his collar and smoothing it down bit by bit, acting elegant.
Right then, a lazy, mocking voice drifted in from the side—one that instantly shattered Loki's composure.
Tony's sharp tongue cut in: "Harry, where'd this elk come from? Looks like he's got a grudge against you."
