August 5th, Year 1511 — Sea Circle Calendar
After more than three months of waiting, the custom-made ship worth 1.6 billion Belly was finally completed.
At the dockyard of the Galley-La Company, the four stood together, gazing at the medium-sized vessel before them—satisfaction clearly written on their faces.
Carina and Nami looked especially eager, as if they couldn't wait another second to board.
The ship was moored quietly in the port, its entire body painted a silver-white hue.
It measured fifty meters in length, with a towering height of over one hundred meters.
It was a two-masted ship, equipped with two main sails, four auxiliary sails, and four retractable outer wheels that could be deployed or withdrawn freely.
At the bow, an entirely white emblem stood out—
A winged white horse.
This was the first impression that greeted them.
Once they stepped onto the ladder and boarded the ship, the deck design immediately caught their attention.
The deck was covered in a lush green lawn, complete with rocking chairs and swings placed on either side of the ship.
Yet compared to the exterior, the interior was the true paradise.
"This ship has a total of five cabins,"
Iceburg explained as he led them inside, handing a manual booklet to the three girls.
"Two upper cabins and three lower cabins."
"The two upper cabins sacrifice internal space because half of their area is used for the deck above."
He continued calmly,
"The three lower cabins extend across the full width and length of the ship, reaching the absolute maximum size possible."
"If used only for standing space, each of them could easily accommodate hundreds of people."
"According to your requirements," Iceburg said, tapping the manual,
"aside from the last lower cabin—which serves as the outer ship dock, warehouse, and ice storage—the remaining two cabins contain twenty-two themed interior areas, along with three empty rooms for future customization."
As Iceburg spoke, the three girls flipped through the manual, their eyes lighting up page by page.
The themes included:
Indoor swimming pool
Large gym
Swordsmanship training hall
Meditation room
Library
Art room
Aquarium
Karaoke hall
Dance hall
Bar
Café
…and many more.
After entering the interior, they took the elevator from the fifth-floor warehouse up to the upper cabins.
Nami suddenly cheered,
"It's amazing! This is the dream ship I've always imagined!"
Carina and Kuina nodded in full agreement.
"I'm glad it satisfies you," Iceburg said with a smile.
Then, after a brief pause, he asked politely,
"If I may ask—have you already decided on the ship's name?"
"Of course," El replied calmly.
Carina smiled slightly, glanced at El, and announced,
"The ship's name is—Pegasus."
"Pegasus…"
Iceburg repeated it softly, then suddenly realized something.
"No wonder you specifically asked me to design a Pegasus emblem for the bow."
After that, he bowed politely to the four.
"Since there are no further revisions, the handover is complete."
"With the toughness of Jewel Tree Adam, unless you fight a top-tier powerhouse directly on board, ordinary cannon fire won't be able to destroy the ship."
"And for standard damage, simple repairs will suffice."
"Then I'll take my leave. Goodbye."
El shook Iceburg's hand and personally saw him off down the gangway.
After retracting the ship ladder, the four didn't linger at the dock.
They steered the Pegasus directly along Water 7's waterways toward the outer port.
During the journey, Nami took charge of the helm, while El, Carina, and Kuina used Den Den Mushi to contact the merchants of Water 7, asking them to deliver all previously ordered goods to the port.
Once the Pegasus arrived, workers hired by the merchants began loading everything aboard—
packages, furniture, electrical appliances, and various custom items—under the supervision of shop owners and managers.
After confirming that nothing was missing, El paid the workers a generous tip.
Then—
The Pegasus set sail.
They finally left Water 7, the city where they had stayed for more than half a month.
Their next long-term goal lay far below the sea—
Fish-Man Island, ten thousand meters beneath the surface.
To reach it, one normally had to pass through the Florian Triangle, then coat the ship with Yarukiman Mangrove bubbles at the Sabaody Archipelago, the endpoint of the first half of the Grand Line.
However—
The four had no intention of going to Fish-Man Island just yet.
Nor did they want to approach Sabaody, which sat dangerously close to Marine Headquarters.
Their next destination was clear:
The Florian Triangle, a sea perpetually shrouded in dense fog.
From Water 7, even at the speed of a medium-sized ship, it would take several days to reach.
More than enough time for the four to thoroughly familiarize themselves with their new home.
On the very first night after leaving Water 7, the four finished arranging all the furniture, installed every electrical appliance, and officially began their celebration.
They started with a barbecue on the lawn deck—
Sitting on rocking chairs and swings, eating grilled meat, sipping drinks, and admiring the beautiful night sea.
After eating their fill, they returned to the upper cabin and enjoyed a long hot bath together in the spacious bathroom.
Once refreshed, they took the elevator down to the lower cabins.
Inside a three-in-one room that combined a karaoke hall, dance floor, and bar, the four sang and danced to their heart's content.
If not for their age, they would have been thoroughly drunk.
As it was, this was already their first time experiencing such luxuries—
A massive bathroom, a giant bathtub, and a private KTV space.
The next morning, they woke early, ate breakfast, and took their nutritional supplements.
Then they headed straight to the large gym, resuming the hell-like training regimen that had been paused for more than half a month.
Midway through training, El and Kuina moved next door to the swordsmanship hall and began sparring.
After absorbing the supplement's energy, they didn't waste the remaining time—
El practiced Breath of All Things, while Kuina tried to comprehend it.
At noon, El went out to sea to hunt sea beasts, preparing a lavish lunch.
After another comfortable bath, the four—now dressed in pajamas—relaxed in the café, drinking coffee while admiring the scenery through the windows.
During the break, Carina and Nami went off to decorate the library and art room.
Taking advantage of their absence, El somehow managed to trick Kuina into the indoor swimming pool.
With her recent growth becoming increasingly obvious, Kuina hesitantly put on a swimsuit, clutched a ring float, and—after mustering all her courage—jumped into the pool.
Then—
An accident happened.
Kuina's hands slipped from the ring float.
Her body tilted.
And she sank straight into the water.
